Mexico President announced that El Chapo has been recaptured. He escaped from a Mexican maximum security prison a 6 months ago. He had previously escaped from another Mexican maximum security prison.


The talking heads on CNN expect the US to exert pressure from extradition to US to face US charges and to be incarcerated in a more secure prison than the Mexican prisons. There are outstanding federal and state warrants for Guzmán in the US.
