Love him or hate him, Lincoln Riley is a pretty dynamic passing game designer and playcaller and IU wont have near the speed and talent USC has at WR.

Not worried at all their best game was probally against Nebraska but their only game against a defense with a pulse was Ohio State and Michigan and Rourke sucked in both and IU had 1 sack combined in both those games

I just accepted the tickets I purchased on stubhub 3 weeks ago , and the seller who transferred to me was "Dynamic Pricing Partners #9"

The attached screenshot shows the university has partnered with them. So the university was using DPP to sell tickets on stubhub for above face value. We complain about visiting fan takeovers and season ticket holders scalping tickets when it appears the athletic dept is doing the same thing.

yeah i was just watching a 10 min or so video on you tube from the irish illustrated guys talking about what they thought of coach freeman presser and they were talking about the weather for the game and they were also saying local weather guys are calling for 40 mph winds and they were talking about how this favors our irish a lot

I’m sure Cignetti has a plan for high winds that consists of a short passing game + running game. Their running game isn’t terrible but will rely on them being able to pass the ball as well.

Dont recall where it was, but there was an interview last week where freeman was asked about Love and he very confidently just said “Oh, he’ll be ready”

from his his interview with RGIII. He said it with a confident voice too which is when I stopped worrying.

one thing I’m excited about is to see the difference in production from ABC vs our usual Sunday golf style from NBC. I absolutely can’t stand how much NBC mutes the field noise.

I went back and watched the Ohio St game (stopped at the 4 min mark in the 4th) and that tv production didn’t capture a fraction of that atmosphere. I was there and couldn’t even talk to my dad next to me it was so loud.

To put this into perspective, NBC mutes the sound so much that you can’t even hear the band after a touchdown. You have to listen for it and it’s faint. How is that possible to mute it that much when the whole stadium is getting blared the fight song? If this didn’t paste correctly, skip to 1 hour 40 min for the go ahead touchdown.

Thanks. Now that’s going to annoy me, too.

That was it. Yea i stopped being concerned immediately with how he said it. I also have full confidence in Price as a lead back if needed too though with Williams and Young spelling him in different roles.

It’s understandable to be worried if Love isn’t full steam because he’s freaking amazing, but Price, Willams, and Young are monsters in their own right. I hope Young sticks around, because he’s going to be a bruiser.

The DB’s have been stellar against the short passes. If Cignetti chooses to use it a lot, I don’t expect they’ll have much success.

Based on the USC game I’m really nervous about the IU passing game vs our pass defense. Really wish we had Traore and Morrison. Our pass rush was really bad vs USC and obviously Gray struggled 1 on 1 until the big pick 6

Good thing they have that on video to learn from their mistakes. I don’t know enough about IU but I doubt they have the WR talent USC does.
