I appreciate the Bears finally getting on track and improving the Colts draft position. Keep wining boys.

Chicago collectively shook when this happened.. It was amazing.. Taking it to the house, on the opening kickoff, in the spot you played college ball.. Storybook Stuff.. Too bad Sexy Rexy didn't seal that game.

Can't knock that Andy Reid coaching tree.

The Chiefs looked damn impressive on offense with Nagy running the show.

They just told a story on the score radio here in chicago. about Nagy when he was an offensive intern on the eagles. For a 3rd or 4th preseason game all the qbs were hurt. Andy reid had him sign a 24 hour contract.. He ran the offense in practice as the starting QB and then the league put a nix on it.. That’s great
Also they think that this also hopefully helps keep fangio here, but not sure. Said DeFillipo lacked some maturity as this point, and the staff he proposed were a bunch of lightweights.

But he was gonna bring back Philip Daniels! And Mike Groh

Maybe bring DeFlippo as the OC? Really like this hire for the Bears and Tribusky. Better bring in some damn play makers this offseason

Packers signed Pettine to replace Capers. Seems like Fangio is staying in Chicago. Huge if it happens.

I feel very good about a tandem of Nagy/Fangio moving forward. Things are finally starting to look up in Halas Hall, after years of cellar dwelling.

Another pickup from the collegiate ranks.

New OC Mark Helfrich, former Oregon OC and Head Coach.

Great hire IMO. Won't call plays, but helped mold Marcus Mariotta and the offense was also well executed when the QB play was optimal.

Also, he worked with Chip Kelly, which means, if you can work mutually with Chip Kelly, **** you can work with just about anybody.

I think this is a reach. His last year at Oregon was not good and the program needle moved lower after he took over.

Since he hasn't had an NFL gig, I'd say the odds are against him from the start.

I see where Balki's going with this. Helfrich will be a glorified QB coach and OC secretary to Nagy. Nagy needed someone to basically stay out of his way and take care of his light work.

Yeah I don't think it's a homerun hire but not bad either.

39 year old first time head coach hiring very good lieutenants. I like what they're doing here. Have to see how the draft goes for Pace with this staff.

Defense maybe, but not whole team surely.

What? You do realize this was one of Walter Payton’s best seasons right? They led the league that season in rush yards, attempts and TD’s. They also had the fastest guy in the league in Gault returning kicks.

Plus, they’re talking about best “team”.
