Good to have you guys! This site is awesome with some really cool people. Its really like an IE family over here. I can't help myself, I come by at least 4 or 5 times a day, lol. Best place to discuss the Irish, IMO. Hope you find it enjoyable as well.

- Department size will increase.

- Roles within the department will be more tapered than before.

- There will be more emphasis placed on cultural fit.

- NIL budget has increased for 2025, and will expanded further in 2026.

- High school acquisitions will be more heavily pursued, especially at the premium positions.

- Scouting size will be doubling.

- All aspects of recruiting, and portal will now be fully in-house.

- GM role will focus on the entire department, as opposed to being fractured, and segmented under Bowden.
And costumes? The last GM loved costumes.

Any of these little fuckers ever pop out of the fucking wall and say, "Fuck, there's a horse cock in my room or a donkey dick"?
Big fat load of cum then.

That’s fantastic information! Any predictions for the class of 26? How about at defensive tackle?

Could you clarify the highlighted? By fully in-house, do you mean all consolidated in the GM's office?

I can generally locate information about anything I want.

I started focusing on the portal, and the new hires, primarily because posters on the other site felt information was lacking.
First, welcome to the board. Any intel on the likelihood we retain Mickens and Rudolph at least for this season and whether or not Mickens may get a bump to Co-DC? Thanks in advance.

So based on this, they'll be dropping more bags (and likely larger bags) because the players they have vetted and determined are a fit will be Official Visiting. Players like JaDon Blair and Madden Faraimo as opposed to the Justin Scott's and Samuel M'Pemba's of the world who couldn't even be bothered to OV because they only cared about who offered the highest dollar amount.

IF that's what they're doing, I support that. Vet the players before they OV to determine the cultural fit, and if they are and OV, they'll be prepared to go all-in and match or exceed the amount they're being offered elsewhere.

Welcome new 247 folks. Stay a while.

Some 247 folks should stay a while... Some are better left over there lol. You'll know what I mean if you browse any post. There are a handful that purposely detail and troll every topic.

When I first found IE, this is the site that had the most insiders and connections. It's always been a great community with some degree of moderation to keep trolls at bay.

Do you have any info on the Onye situation? II mentioned on their pod last week that he’s not officially gone but nothing will change for a bit.
