A male varsity athlete forced to have sex against his will by a female and mother... because racism? Makes total sense, said no judge ever.

Yeah, I'm not sweating it at all. Lots of nut jobs out there who want to slander someone else.

No the mother forced the athletes to have sex with her daughter. So no mother ever and no athlete ever.

The daughter must be a real looker, if she needs this sort of help from mom. Otherwise, I don't see a need for any parental involvement. Unless she helped her to deal with all the racism from the student athlete who was complaining. Did I get that right?

Doesn't sound any less absurd when read on camera. Who's the attorney, loomis? I'd like to look this guy up. There are a lot of unethical cranks practicing in South Bend.

If you know the lawyer, can you explain this any better than that confusing article?

Not really...of course he couldn't go into detail. Said the athletes involved are names even the most common fan would know. The lawsuit is against ND and he said the sexual harassment and negligence are easy to prove and that the University will likely settle out of court. Hopefully this just goes away soon.

Can't say but he is not an ambulance chaser by any means.

Is this filing public record? We're driving down to Philly for the game so I cant do the legwork but I suspect someone here could find this info faster than WSBT.

I just checked the online docket, and it's not listed yet. Most recent action involving ND is an update on the ESPN case from back in May. It should be public record, though, so we'll find out soon enough.

Meaning WSBT was fed this information. Meaning someone wants this played out in the media.

Yes. Not the sort of move ethical attorneys make. This has "shakedown" written all over it.
I know the drill well. I was at Disney Parks for three years and there was a BS allegation of "the Tigger that groped me" at least every few months.

So, this is basically a scorned ND athlete that doesn't feel he got enough from the university? WTF
He must've been really angry he couldn't get that Kinesiology degree.

I kind of agree....people always looking for a payday.

The part that concerns me is that University administrators knew...who knows the truth in that.

It's not clear the the plaintiff is or was an athlete, only that he alleges that there are athletes among this young woman's other sexual conquests.

How is this on the University either way? Sounds like an employee acting outside the scope of her role. If I murdered GoIrish41, his family couldn't turn around and sue ESPN.

Of course he's going to allege that, because that's the only thing that makes this a scandal for Notre Dame (i.e. the deep pockets) instead of the individuals involved.

The way WSBT describes it, he is not an athlete, but athletes were involved in sex with the employee's daughter. Do the court documents say he is an athlete?

Guess I better keep my eyes open for trick or treaters dressed as Tigger tomorrow night.
