Brian Kelly may have higher popularity numbers in Indiana than Biden and Harris do in the country.
This Admin is a disaster.
We have elected people in West Virginia and Kentucky that do nothing but help flood their states with opioids, represent a small percentage of our total population and do all they can to hold back any legislation that could potentially help not only people in their own states but the rest of the country.
America is full of ghouls that have polluted Congress for decades.

I'm assuming this is butthurt about the BBB not having the votes?
EDIT: The idea that Dems were going to pass some transformational legislation with a 50/50 Senate is pretty silly. They don't have that mandate. Democrats should be absolutely thrilled that they have a senator in possibly the reddest state in the union. Biden won ZERO counties in the entire state. Think about that. Truly incredible that they have a Democrat senator in 2021.
If they wanted to pass some big legislation, they should have tried it when they had the sort of majorities typically associated with big legislation (See FDR, Johnson, first term Obama). Further, apparently Sinema has told people that there is a handful of other Dems who want nothing to do with that bill, but are content to let her and Manchin take the heat.
Biden really thought he was going to come in and be FDR lmaoooo.
In response to criticism from progressives that Manchin was holding up the bill because he wasn't supportive, he said he supported holding a vote for the bill.
"Here's the thing, when it's time, just vote, I've been saying that. Just vote. If that's what people need to show where they are, then vote," he said on Fox News.
From the official White House page:
"We are intent on not letting Omicron disrupt work and school for the vaccinated. You've done the right thing and we will get through this. For the unvaccinated, you're looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm."
Considering all the pearl clutching leftists who referred to Trump as Hitler for 4 years, this sounds a lot like 1930's Germany.
Reading between the lines............Okay everyone, we grossly miscalculated how difficult it would be to nip this COVID thing in the bud. For those of you who are not vaccinated, well we're going to stoop to a new low and try shaming you into getting vaccinated.

Or we're going to cut off the unvaccinated from participating in society: schools, workplaces, entertainment events, restaurants, etc. Oddly enough, the White House still hasn't made any such stipulations for migrants crossing our border.
Manchin is such a hero - gets to look like a maverick while providing cover for half of his Dem colleagues who know the bill is a bad idea but want the optics of supporting it. I don't think any serious people really support this thing and the swamp deep sixed it while saving face for everyone.
plus, we get gems like this.

Evidently Joe's vast experience at deftly handling foreign matters has escaped him for now. After screwing France over in the submarine deal, France just screwed us. Interesting read as this goes beyond tit for tat.
France's $19 billion weapons deal is sweet revenge

Gentle reminder that he had zero victories in the Senate and stood by as VP. He’s had no major victories and has been consistently wrong on every major decision. Record crime, border crossings, covid deaths, and inflation under his leadership. Total disaster.

His wife really is a sad woman letting this continue.
the US is being compared unfavorably to other developed nations where citizens have easy access to rapid tests for free.
Biden denied that shortfall in at-home testing represented a "failure." But he added: "You could argue that we should have known a year ago, six months ago, two months ago, a month ago." The President said he wished he had thought about ordering 500 million at-home tests "two months ago."
More than nine months later, he is now admitting not enough has been done. Such comments make it hard to accept arguments that the White House was taken off guard by the Omicron variant. Many experts have said for months that rapid testing needs to be more available to the public. It's hardly a secret that new variants of the virus were inevitable. And a recent episode in which White House press secretary Jen Psaki mocked the idea of sending a test to all Americans -- a goal Biden has now embraced
To me, the significance of this was that they didn’t tell Joe about any of this. It makes you wonder if he knows where he is polling and about how well his ideas are received?
It really supports the widely held belief that Joe’s not in charge and his crap staff is making all of the decisions. I mean, in what world does he not know about the Let’s Go Brandon thing? It was literally on top of the ITunes chart as a song.
You think that the President of the United States is getting briefed in the Oval and the top of his list is "Sir, something horrible has happened. Some rednecks at a NASCAR event were chanting 'Fuck Joe Biden' and a driver thought they were saying 'Let's Go Brandon'... now people are memeing about it on the internet!!!"
