Yeah if I had to rank the films in order of preference, I think I'd say 6-5-4-3-2-1.

The Liam Neeson one is decidedly last for me. And I think the Tom Waits one is my favorite.

Maybe Buster Scruggs just wasn't for me or I just didn't "get it", but I thought it was terrible.

Boring and tonally all over the place from story to story.

I definitely don't agree with boring, but I do agree with the change in tone being a bit jarring. I think it might be better if you watched it in six different sittings.

Finally saw Outlaw King... pretty good. I was impressed with the focus on real events and such, second half at least was pretty spot on as my understanding of The Bruce goes.

So the wife and I on a whim started watching TideLands last night about 8:00 p.m. We finally shut it off when the 5th episode was about to start to get some sleep. Have any of you seen it yet?? I recommend.

yup. there's several Australian shows that are pretty decent. If you liked Tidelands, check out Pine Gap. I watched it on Kodi when it first came out, but believe it's on Netflix or Amazon now.

Facts.

I watched season 2 immediately after finishing season 1... Had to stop, was that "bad".

Came back to it about 3ish months later and actually ended up loving it. Just, "different" than season 1.

Netflix is raising their rates again. Four simultaneous streams goes from $14 to $16. Basic jumps from $8 to $9.

With people always complaining about the costs of premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.) added to basic packages, I was curious if this bothers anyone? If not, what rate would Netflix have to charge to get you to consider dropping it?

First 2 eps of True Detective szn 3 have been great imo. Ali does a great job with that character and I love the 3 time lines
