Thinking we'll enter the BCS this week god willing. I think without a doubt if OR St loses. Still SMH over Mizzou choking. They should drop like a rock along with UCLA.

VaTech should drop to 21-25 unless they're unranked. Nebraska losing today and if Oregon State loses like you said we should get in. SHOULD, but that doesn't mean much lol

VT should be unranked.

I don't understand how VTech can be ranked above us. They've beat no one and their loss to Duke is much worse than losses to OK/UM.

Oregon St will likely drop out, VT is out IMO, Nebraska is out, and Fresno St (17th) is losing 24-7 in the 3rd (ESPN2).

As far as the AP goes, ASU was the only team in front of us in the 'others receiving votes' category and they had a bye week.

It's very likely that we will be ranked tomorrow.

If MSU and ASU keep winning, thats great for us. I will never cheer for Michigan to win ever.

Duke would beat Michigan.

I think you forgot the italics...

Not at all. Duke is solid. Just beat Vatech, second straight season of being bowl eligible (6-2). If they got them at home, I think they could win.

I still believe we should be undefeated and are better than both of the teams we lost to. Michigan is an 8-4 team.

We should come in at 25. We had a blowout win and our only 2 losses are to other ranked teams. I mean when the SEC loses to a ranked team they hardly move in the rankings. Plus a few teams barely in eneded up losing. BCS is a joke, if only we could have like an 8 team playoff. Hopefully we start making a climb

It'll all work itself out. Just keep winning...BYU and Stanford are both tough games.

Maybe I shouldn't but I'm getting a little concerned about this. Obvs we've got to take care of our own business and beat BYU and Stanford before we start thinking about BCS bowls. But if we do, will we have the polls and SOS to make the Top 14?
Obviously there's a lot of football to be played but even if we beat Stanford (unless they beat Oregon) it's quite possible we don't have a win over a team ranked in the Top 20 at season's end. For as grinding a schedule as we have it could look rather unimpressive. We probably need ASU, MSU and BYU to keep winning.
Or maybe I'm just a worrywart.

From last week (a few may be updated)
Anderson 21
Billingsly 12
Colley 20
Massey 31
Wolfe 26
Sagarin 29

Average not counting highest and lowest
24

These will improve. Assuming we move up in the coaches (28), Harris (30), we'll make it by a hair. Nebraska will drop out, VT may too. OR St (27 both polls) will be gone, so we should move up to at least 26 or 25 in the coaches. Harris is a bit tougher but we should move up minimum 3 spots (OR St, Nebraska, ASU who had a week off).

Guestimating we move to 21 in the computers, 26 in coaches, 27 in the Harris, and 25 in the BCS. Regardless, a win next week will put us in.

You're over thinking this. We'll be in the BCS with 2 losses because of $$$ alone.

Just win, win, win, win...

Would an MSU win or UM win help us more with computers/voters? And would we want it close?

Not ranked in the Ap. Behind ASU and MSU. Of course.

Wisconsin, Arizona State, and Notre Dame are all being punished for playing real opponents.

Why are we ranked behind Wisconsin? Both have two losses with us having 6 wins vs their 5. They have losses to ASU and OSU and their best win is over a tumbling Northwestern while we have wins over MSU and ASU.
