I remember being in a bar in my 20s and they had a model train track that was attached to the wall near the ceiling, and it ran all the way around the bar and had lights all the way down the track. As I sipped on my drink I thought "That's cool as fuck, I'm going do something like that in my game room." I'm 44 as of last week, I do not yet have a model train running in my game room.

You should watch an actual video of an ACL reconstruction. It looks like a carpenter building a saw horse. It is NOT delicate brain surgery. It's not as bad today, but back in the 80s and 90s, it was pretty rough looking... but it worked.
