Yeah he just said it was an honor to hang out with the other finalists who he now calls his friends, even though one is a large human being that he will run into a lot in Miami.

Check out ESPN's listing of awards Notre Dame has won. We've won more hardware this year than any previous year, and we might not even be done. Quite phenomenal. Though this might partially be a product of more awards given out in more recent years?

We can't just keep saying that every award "isn't about stats"...



And I think this is more about Tylers career, than this season. Because he wasn't the best TE in the nation THIS year...Ertz was. (sorry, had to throw it out there)

Yes, we're undefeated...but he was below average (statistically) in many of the games this season.

I agree that his catches in critical moments got us where we are...but 44 catches and 4TD's???
