Ok - like Bobby said, we've still got a guy who knows things, might as well ask real questions:

Hey Bua, how does this staff respond when they realize a guy isn't who they thought they'd signed once he gets to campus, whether they missed on the traits, projection of body type, mental makeup, character, or work ethic of a guy?

For instance, how quickly do they move to recruit over someone, what's the criteria for giving someone a nudge to either play ball somewhere else or medically retire, how much weight is given in a culture centric team to a recruiting talent miss for a great locker room/culture guy?

Speak to specifics to your comfort level. I'm not looking to trash guys who didn't pan out, more curious about how long it takes to realize a guy isn't going to materialize how ND recruiting evals thought he would, and timeline/decision tree for how they move in those spots.

Who is involved in those conversations, whose voices hold sway outside HC, coordinator, position coach & how often are those types of roster construction/player development eval discussions taking place?
