I get the guy is a citizen. I don't know if they asked him for proof or not, but if they are going to take you in, it might be best to just comply and let them verify citizenship once they take you in. A huge inconvenience to be sure, but better than getting your butt kicked.

There is a meaningful distinction between getting into an altercation with law enforcement (local/state/federal) and going to a bad neighborhood and the consequences of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time in the wrong neighborhood.

But yes, I wouldnt recommend blurring the lines between protesting/obstructing law enforcement.

1) Not self defense: you do not stop a car by shooting its driver. If anything, you cause the car to accelerate and veer wildly as the driver slumps and loses control of their foot. Maybe effective if the car's driving at you from like 30 feet away, but not from 2 feet away.

2) Not self defense: there may be room for argument with the first shot but the second and third shots are obviously taken from the side when the car had cleared the shooter and was clearly not a threat.

3) Not self defense: he put himself in the path of the vehicle which is, to put it mildly, not how you're supposed to approach cars as an LEO.

But, I agree. Dumb to have posters argue about this on the internet. Guy should get a trial and a jury can examine the evidence and convict or not convict him based on whether or not the government proves beyond a reasonable doubt all of the elements of the charged crimes.

It will never see a federal trial because it's obvious self-defense. You can't drive a car at someone. The video is obvious. The manufactured narratives have fallen apart like the Rittenhouse narrative did with facts.

Well, you're going to be disappointed. They will want to trap him with charges in MSP and get a purple haired jury that hates ICE, but between the corrupt AG office and the facts of the case- he’ll never see a trial outside of some goose chase by a lib activist. It ends there if she has some regard for other peoples lives. It was somewhat of a tight area with the other cars and people around. I don't have a problem with him stepping in front while other officers try to get her to cooperate. A chase through the streets could have resulted in other people getting hurt.

She wasn't driving down the middle of the road. She was positioned to block ice because she was a nutbag agitator trying to disrupt federal law enforcement. He didn't jump in front of her escape. The goalposts keep moving but the facts stay the same.

It used to be the weird isolated white kids. Now those kids seemed to have found a home in the trans community. These disturbed trans kids killing in Iowa, Nashville, Denver x3, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, British Columbia, etc. You can do whatever you want with the data on this. The gun control lobby notoriously manipulated school shooting data with gang/drug/suicide numbers for shocks and political points. The point is that for most of these horrific shootings in schools- we are seeing gender identity issues. And you want to talk about under representation? You can’t deny that given the small portion of the population that these trans kids make up and the amount of school shooting headlines they’ve made is not alarming at least.
