unreal. 9 seconds left in the game. All they have to do is execute a freaking punt and they win.

Harbaugh's only had 6 losses- and aside from a STACKED 2015 OSU team that kicked their ass and featured maybe the best DE in the NFL in Bosa and maybe the best RB in the NFL in Zeke- the other 5 losses have come in pretty heart-breaking fashion.

Just worried this might be a theme with Harbaugh. They should have won that MSU game in 2015 and the Iowa and OSU games in 2016- they had those games and choked them away at the final minutes and seconds.

Harbaugh is going to have to start winning the close ones or the fans will get restless. Just the nature of the damn beast.

I always figured that the only thing Jimmy needed for his time at Meatchicken to be considered a success was to resurrect the program, and to me it looks like he has. He could leave for the Colts job after this year and he still did more than enough for his alma mater.

I remember walking into the bar before my shift right before this play. The scUM fan regular was on pins and needles and completely lost it. But that punting fail put a smile on my face for the night that didn't wear off after the victory over SC either. Great night!

I was on my honeymoon in London, and convinced my wife that we should go to one of the three sports bars in London that would feature college football.

As it turns out, the "sports bar" was the basement of what had once been a small storefront in the middle of a residential neighborhood, where beer was served from a mobile bartop, the food was all microwaved in a back room, and the screens were all temporary projector screens on the walls.

Sparty/scUM was 3:30pm here, but it was the primetime game at 8:30 over there. We were packed into a sweltering, humid basement with 40 other Americans and/or English football fans, and we weren't even allowed in until after the Rugby World Cup matches had ended and they cleared the "bar" of those patrons.

We left at the end of the third quarter to head back to the hotel, and I caught scUM's mishap before turning on USC/ND. I then stayed up for ND/USC and drank warm Peronis out of the room's bar all night.

I learned three things that night:

1. I thought getting married a week earlier was the truest sign of my wife's devotion... turns out, it was when she told me we could stay in that shitty basement to watch football while on our honeymoon in a foreign country

2. Watching scUM lose in hilariously catastrophic ways brings me far too much joy

3. Warm Peroni sucks

Also, Joe Tess should win a lifetime award for his call on that play.

Everything about it was perfect, right down to his voice cracking.

Everyone calling for the OCs head and a number calling for Harbaw`s too

Harbaugh getting top 5 money in football while winning almost zero big games of any sort. He's doing well there but he's not producing at the level he's being paid to.

Jim Harbaugh seems to have 2005 Charlie Weis at ND seasons: winning all the games against lesser teams but losing to the good teams on the schedule. Harbaugh is perpetually good for 10 win seasons with losses to OSU and MSU and big bowl appearances. He is the Mark Richt of the B1G.

Harbaugh is a fantastic coach and Stanford is still a winning program and strong due to his work there.

That being said, it is puzzling how he can't break over and go undefeated.

Until you consider, he hasn't really brought in that magnificent QB that Michigan always lucked into having.

Hell, he had Luck at Stanford also.

I wonder what Brian Kelly thinks about Michigan throwing in the rain... Seriously though, what a rebound for MSU from 3-9 and their offseason troubles. That ND blowout is looking better each week.

Listen - MSU sucks. Notre
Listen - MSU sucks. Notre Dame, who we are better than, beat them by 3 touchdowns on the road. This was an epic chokejob against a .500 team. Own it.

The delusion and clarity is hilarious. Admits massive choke job but then states as if it's obvious that UM is better than ND based on nothing. Their best win was what Florida when they suspended a bunch of starters due to criminal activty?

He has a really highly rated true freshman in Dylan Mccaffrey who 247 comp was #5 Pro Style QB and #123 overall. The question is with how bad their QBs have looked, why haven't they tried him. Is he really not as good as Korn or Speight or is it because Harbaugh is being to conservative.

I recognize that this is a little old, but when I was perusing the elevenwarriors site, I found where they were calling out Harbaugh for skipping his weekly radio call-in show in the week that followed their loss to Michigan State. LOL

Detroit local radio calling out Jim Harbaugh for pulling a no show for his radio show after a loss. I guess the radio show didn't even have a clue that Harbaugh wasn't going to do the show. Was a surprise to them.
