We never pulled Deuce Knight’s offer as far as I remember. I’d be surprised if this kid ends up at PSU at this point unless they turn it around and end up playing for a natty
The word on the street is that PSU is broke from an NIL standpoint and he is no longer willing to give them a home team discount.
That’s where NIL comes in. Doesn’t have to be ND themselves paying.I will be curious what ND does here, seems they would be high on the list with a good NIL offer but will they pay 3 top tier guys from back to back classes? That's a lot of money to tie up in RBs.
Also helps to have rbs who actually produceThat’s where NIL comes in. Doesn’t have to be ND themselves paying.
Yeah, the issue is that they basically shelled out large sums of money to get guys to return to this "championship team" and then haven't beaten a single P4 team this year lolCan't imagine their boosters are going to be too eager to open the pocketbooks when they've got a huge potential buyout looming.
That Villanova game tho.Yeah, the issue is that they basically shelled out large sums of money to get guys to return to this "championship team" and then haven't beaten a single P4 team this year lol
So no one is writing checks when the morale is at an all time low and people are saying "what's the point?"
That still matters a lot in my opinion. If Love and Price get to the League coupled with Kyren's established success that shows we can get you drafted and playing at the next level. That really matters. Not to say kids will give a "discount" but it might take a little less to convince him to play for ND when that is factored in.Also helps to have rbs who actually produce
Good leaves no chance Obrien flipsThe word on the street is that PSU is broke from an NIL standpoint and he is no longer willing to give them a home team discount.
No as our foreign players success rate is 0anyone know if we are pursuing the number 2 rated rb in the class, David Gabriel Georges? originally from Montreal, attending highshcool in Tennessee? His film is outstanding, and seems like a mature kid. Def has his foreign language requirement fulfilled. David Gabriel Georges - Baylor School - Running Back
if you watch podcasts that irish beat writers do or read what they say players are turning down bigger deals to stay at or to come to NDI will be curious what ND does here, seems they would be high on the list with a good NIL offer but will they pay 3 top tier guys from back to back classes? Our culture and coaching (and our degree) will appeal to some guys, especially ones who are already here, especially if we’re at least decent on NIL. But usually not the straight-up bag-chasers. (Not saying Spell is, IDK).if you watch podcasts that irish beat writers do or read what they say players are turning down bigger deals to stay at or to come to ND
He was saying that Penn State aint paying right now bc of a lack of NIL money. Decreases likelihood of an Obrien flipWhat?
Figured, half the time I have no idea what TBoone/2008 are saying. He was saying that Penn State aint paying right now bc of a lack of NIL money. Decreases likelihood of an Obrien flip
God I hope notMan Franklin is gonna get fired isn't he?
I love that they used that excuse for why the 2026 class is ass, but justified it because they were all in on this year's team. The word on the street is that PSU is broke from an NIL standpoint and he is no longer willing to give them a home team discount.
I wonder what Franklin’s pitch is? We lost the best RB coach in America. Singleton has regressed. We have lost 3 in a row, including UCLA & Northwestern. Our top RB has all but decommitted. I may be fired any minute. You should be a part of what we’re building.Penn State just offered the #5 back in 2027 they know Spell is gone
