I’m with you. Committing so early in the process is appreciated, but sadly, “commitment” isn’t what it used to mean (not implying Deuce won’t honor his). Kids commit, decommit , recommit, transfer at the drop of a hat. I was so excited for the Deontay Greenberry commitment. We know how that turned out. I was also pumped to sway Lynch from FSU. Where’d he end up after 1-year with the good guys? UCF right?

There’s just so many examples to keep your enthusiasm guarded.

Since he was talking about Bob Davie, I thought he was referring to Blair Kiel, but Kiel played for Faust which is why I was confused.

If BK was still ND's coach I could see a potential flip, with this coaching staff and as healthy as ND's QB room has been Deuce will be Irish.
