If a guy is taking visits he's no longer committed, regardless of whether he has made a public statement or not.

The staff are no longer guaranteeing his spot and are recruiting other players for the position. That doesn't mean they won't continue recruiting him but we should understand that he's no longer in the class.

He's in the class until he isn't. BK's gone. Enjoy this staff's tenacity.

Right. That’s fine if he wants to do that, but ND has an obligation to fill that scholarship with a talented player.

I demand 7983 enter the chat and make a post to make me feel better about this scenario. Now dammit!
I don’t know if this will make you feel better or not, but Taylor worked out with Long in SB & said Ethan is is closest friend among recruits.

Stinks that Ethan Long isn't there today for the visit with that 7983 brought up, but I thought I read Deuce will be. I'm not buying the Ole Miss smoke on Deuce and he's been a huge ND recruiter for this class. While it stinks to see any reporting on a recruit taking other visits, they're young and it sounds like Ivan's trying to make an informed decision. Got to support it since it does show maturity. Hopefully they can remind this Ivan why playing for the Good Guys is the way to go and we can start to win some of these to forget about the Bowen, Keeley, etc type scenarios that are causing the quick hysteria with fans.

When I said they worked out together, I meant that they worked out in SB, together, on this very trip. LOL

Yeah, this looks like a father picking his kid up from the principal's office after fuckin' up.
I mean really? Its a picture of a split second moment in time with a kid walking next to his dad and looking at the ground in front of him. Holy fucking over analysis.

Hey. It's not our fault that all this news about him taking visits elsewhere dropped in the days before he visits ND. On the other hand, maybe he's reminded of why he committed here to begin with and never quite makes it to Michigan and Florida.

I was going to make a joke that someone needs to check Ivans likes on Twitter to figure out what direction this is headed in. Then I remembered that Twitter has made likes private.

How will Loy and others know whats happening in the recruiting world now??
