This just shows his reason for leaving ND was indeed BS.
He said it was because of his long term relationship with ND position coach who left.
Bama has new position coach, new DC, new HC, etc…and he has barely built a relationship with them.
He always has, and always care about one thing: he wants to play in college right away, for 3 years, & immediately go pro.
He’s not interested in relationships, education, developing. He wants on the field immediately and to get to the NFL as soon as possible.

Not true. Bama’s new safeties coach was previously at Wisconsin, and recruited Taylor very well and heavily. Wisconsin was amongst Taylor’s final suitors before his first commitment.

Committing to Michigan didn’t make sense from the relationship standpoint. Morgan was new to the job, but played with his dad at ULousianaLafeyette

I don’t care. It’d just be really funny if he didn’t go to Michigan.

I wonder if Knight and Taylor only saw ND as an insurance policy. If they got hurt they had the ND degree to fall back on cause ND would honor their verbal. I remember Ronald Darby from way back in the day basically saying as much that’s why he initially rebaked to ND

He was NEVER going to Wisconsin.
He has interviews where he says himself that the ONLY coach he was close with was OLeary.
His father was outspoken with ND sites and insiders that him & his son didn’t see eye to eye on what was best for him. Straight up said his son didn’t see the big picture, just wanted to get on the field as soon as possible & get to the league after 3 years.
That’s the point. The relationship excuse was always garbage. Sometimes it was a factor, other times it wasn’t…because it was just an excuse.
He has one goal. Get on field asap, to get to league asap.

No teenager does this. They aren't making contingency plans for if their life goals don't work out.

What happened is they committed to Notre Dame early because they liked it and then things changed. It's really that simple.

Can't he get on the field faster if he doesn't go to Bama?

Gonna be funny if they pushed out their totally OK four-star QB recruit to go in on Bryce Underwood if they miss him too and do nothing to improve that room.

Apparently they’re a likely destination for Miller Moss in the portal, provided the money is right. Would be a decent get for them.

To piggy back off of this, someone please share Holland’s take on it. He was such a huge d bag when Taylor flipped from nd to Michigan
"Michigan drops to 12 in the On3 team rankings. Still ahead of Notre dame and others."
