Nobody should be happy right now. IDGAF if Freeman is a nice guy and Kelly is an asshole. Kelly is a much better coach and Freeman isn’t proving to be much better of a recruiter. If they’re just going to load up on 3*, why would you hire a more proven coach.

USC has 3 commits & is ranked 51st.

They have a 4 Star, 3 Star & a kid that is a 4 Star on some sites & a 3 Star on others.

USC is recruiting like garbage. They are trying to live off the portal, which will kill then after this year when Williams is gone.

What are you talking about. On 247, 11 of our 14 players are 4 or 5 stars. How does that suck? Better % than #1 Michigan who has 5 3 stars. We have 3.

To be fair that 11 or 14 number is a bit misleading. Only 2 of our recruits are over 93 in the 247 rating so 9 of that 11 are in the lower half of 4 star ratings. Our current avg of 90.74 would be lower than the past couple years.

Indeed. And 247's Ratings are a flawless indicator of projected college performance.

Why would anyone want a Luke Kuechly when we have Zeke Motta at home?

Yeah, again, until 247 gets on board and appropriately grades Mullins and Moore, they're rankings mean jack.

I can understand Kahoun, Knapp and Rezac to an extent, because they're both very raw LB prospects, but those 2 have zero business being rated as low as they are.

Can one of the mods please update his offer list to include Tennessee, UCLA and hell even Northwestern to help cheer up some of the fuckin' "Debby Downers" that against every 3* recruit ND goes after!? Geeesh, let the coaches go after whoever they want/need in THEIR mind and ones THEY think appear to be a good fit for THEIR team!
