Looked at Wingo's twitter feed and I saw him retweet something from an Arkansas writer Richard Davenport. Saw that name and I immediately had flashbacks to Mitch Mustain.

How is that 5* WR doing from STL that transferred from ND a couple of years ago?? He still around?

Jordan Johnson had zero catches, for zero yards, for zero TDs at UCF.
Was the 6th or 7th WR & was benched for attitude & lack of effort.
His problem was not a ND/BK problem, his problem was a Jordan Johnson problem.
Seems like it still is a Jordan Johnson problem.

According to Driskell, this was a coaching problem. Del must've influenced him so much, the coaching is still wearing off. And Kelly must've coached so poorly, it affects him in Florida.

And he said yesterday Malik should’ve started over Kizer. He says that like once a week. Kizer was actually good, Malik was not. I don’t get what he’s trying to say.

I won't go as far as to say Malik wasn't good. He was a good hybrid player but I retrospectively trust the staff. I know it's not black and white and Malik had the heart of a fighter but I just didn't see enough pre-injury. But if he was good enough to displace Kizer, he should've started at Florida or at least made a serious run at the position.

Yeah, him and Vince went on a recent rant about how poorly ND handled Jordan Johnson.
I don’t think they realize dude got benched at UCF.

I don't understand Vince and Ryan head bobbing. IB would be far better if they could ever disagree on a single topic. Never. Not once have I heard them ever have a different thought than Driskell.

Agreed. Like Reaper said, I'm thankful for all the content they put out, but you're essentially just listening to Driskell reaffirm his own thoughts for hours.

Haha, Malik still thinks he should’ve started over Kizer. Not surprised. I’m sure Malik thinks he should’ve started at UF. And, I’m sure Malik thinks he should be starting in the NFL.

IIRC, I think Driskell’s beef with BK on the whole Kizer-Malik debate was that BK put forth some criteria (aside from practice performance) that both QB’s had to meet if they wanted to be the starter. Apparently Kizer didn’t meet the criteria and Malik did everything he was asked to do.

Another thing to add to the plate…is Driskell has relationships with certain players who would talk to him as recruits or players. And he takes their side of every story. He was close with Malik. He believes everything Malik tells him & will always take Malik’s side.
More recently, Blake Fisher blocked him on Twitter during Fisher’s recruitment and Driskell will never give him his full due.
He is also very close with some of the parents, so those kids get extra juice from him.

Probably explains why he LOVES Lugg who has proven to be below average

Fairly certain Vincent is in an abusive relationship with Driskell and is terrified of disappointing him.

Forget some of the names being discussed. ND needs to get a real QB. Always surprised Dylan Lonergan was never on their radar.

I say don’t take a weak commitment. Wait it out now. Perhaps a strong season will result in a Top 100 QB to flip or if not wait on transfer portal.

Unfortunately waiting is not in Rees’s DNA.

I thought you’ve been banging the drum that Rees waited too long to move on from Dante Moore?

I would agree that jumping the gun to take a kid like Brock Glenn is a bad move. He looked horrendous to me in the film. I think he adds nothing but a body to the program. If you can get Collins or Novosad, take him. Otherwise, save the scholly for a transfer or as mentioned, let the season do the talking and then flip a better kid. If Carr is reclassifying, they should obviously take nobody and wait until the last possible minute to announce it while they use CJ to rep the '24 class hard. Any legitimate talk about a '23 QB scares me, because it would mean CJ likely isn't reclassifying. The silence is a good sign. CJ reclassifying does nothing to enhance the likelihood of landing any other elite '23 recruits, so it isn't necessary to announce until forced to do so.
