Forget some of the names being discussed. ND needs to get a real QB. Always surprised Dylan Lonergan was never on their radar.

I say don’t take a weak commitment. Wait it out now. Perhaps a strong season will result in a Top 100 QB to flip or if not wait on transfer portal.

Unfortunately waiting is not in Rees’s DNA.

If you’re going to keep spewing the same old bullshit, at least keep it in the appropriate threads.

Fairly certain Vincent is in an abusive relationship with Driskell and is terrified of disappointing him.

I have listened to a few the last week or so and this is spot on. It cracks me up because I would guess Vince talks MAYBE 10% of the time and even then barely adds anything to the conversation.

~puts on Vince impersonation...

"Exactly that. Look, I don't want to say that it's more than 10% and it's not drastically under 10%. It's just 10% of the time, all the time. I mean, it's pretty incredible when you think about it. I talk 10% of the time but the words that come out are 100% in congruence with what Bryan says....because he's a genius and he writes my checks. But seriously, I try to keep it around 10% like Bryan said."

Jumping the gun again. Can’t these sophomores in HS be concrete with their visit plans!

ND Prime IG is posting stuff all day with CJ or Justin Scott running it.

The commits are messing around throwing 50 yard throws. Wafle, Larsen, Greathouse, Williams, CJ and Wingo

This is an odd question, but it was my understanding that recruits can’t workout, or even throw a football around, on these visits?
I remember reading an article in the spring about a team having to stop two recruits from playing a game of catch while they were visiting. That might have been an OV though?
But I remember them saying there are times the recruits can’t do anything football related with a coach there.

Using some free OSU tickets to watch his future team... ND.

That's what I'm going with.

Not going to put too much hope into a highly rated prospect that's visiting A&M and Tenessee.
There are only 130 D1 football teams, come on man, it's just a coincidence :ROFLMAO:

I just hope this kid isn't another Jordan Johnson...and you hear nothing about him anymore.

He's not. I really liked JJ's smoothness but he was not a jaw-dropping athlete. Wingo is a crazy athlete with amazing ball skills. If JJ had a 20% bust possibility, Wingo has a 3%. Wingo may not live up to #1 WR, top 60 draft pick but he'll be a player wherever he goes.

Ryan is an elite athlete but needs refinement as a WR. A lot. He’s similar to Love in that regard IMO. McClellan is actually probably a better WR today. I think Wingo hangs in the Top 100 but would be pretty surprised if he ended as WR 1 or 2

How McClellan isn't ranked higher is beyond me. Of course, it's certainly possible that the 2024 WR class is incredibly deep.

He ran a 10.55 at the MHSAA Class 5 State T&F Championships in May this past year.

In comparison, Jeremiyah Love's fastest time was 10.76, Braden Lenzy had run 10.62 as a PR, and Chris Tyree, the Opening's fastest player two years in a row, ran a 10.66 PR.

Wingo has some serious speed.

He needs a lot of refinement? I'm not so certain about that. Of course he can polish up his game and learn the art of playing WR but he is so athletic. Go look at his sophomore highlights. His body twists and turns so naturally on poorly thrown balls, he makes difficult catches look effortless and he runs through contact well.

I think he's an early contributor, even if it's only on specific packages. Immediately challenges for KR/PR.

And he can also go deep because he's got the wheels

Maybe Dale meant he needs refinement to play WR at ND as a freshman?
