Not sure where to put this but….my wife and I are attending the DIPG Gala tonight in DC. I’ll have to watch from the phone or TVs if they have them set up. It’s at the nationals stadium and should be a good event for a great cause (really sad outcomes) remember meeting CJ here with Coach Carr years ago at this event. After watching USC get gashed on the ground, Both BC and Navy decided to pack the box and stop the run and force CJ to beat them…and he did just that.

I'm not sure if he'll ever be as good as Burrow in 2019, but after the Miami game I knew he was going to be good. He just passed the eye test in every way. He had good footwork, good mechanics, he can read and diagnose defenses, he goes through his progressions, and he moves well in the pocket. Everything he does looks so smooth because his fundamentals are so sound. He'll be a true Heisman contender next season and will be a projected top 5 pick in the draft.

It's stupid that the Heisman has become a QB trophy. The fact the media awards the trophy devalues the award. Love and Smith are the best football players in the country. Either of them should be the winner. Giving it to the QB having the best statistical year in today's game is lazy. Some QBs deserve it but giving it to the Ohio St or Indiana kid would be a joke to he
