So if Moore comes to ND, would be losing out on Sayin? Didn't he mention he will be watching which schools pick up QB's?

Sayin’s most likely 4 suitors are likely to come away with Dante Moore, Arch Manning and Malachi Nelson at the moment. The 4th would be Georgia or Texas not getting Arch and getting like Longeran or another high 4 star. Unless he goes to Cal or UCLA, I don’t see how Dante would effect him more than other suitors grabbing in blue chip QBs.

I’m no QB film expert, but damnnnn do I like what I see with this kid . They weren’t kidding when they said the ball pops off his hand. Seems to have it all! (Except for an Inch of height apparently 🙄)

Allllll in on this kid, I think he’s gonna be great, just SAYIN

If we wind up with 1 of Carr or Sayin, I am perfectly cool with that. Also would like to see ND offer Elijah Brown, the Mater Dei QB.

But if we get Moore do we land either? And, if not, are we OK with that? Because as Dublin said, Moore followed by a Book/Pyne/Angeli type feels like the most likely outcome here.

I wouldn’t waste my time on a Mater Dei QB when ND has other options.

Seems reasonable since we haven’t gotten one since John Huarte

But Marcus is shopping from a different aisle
Williams was committed for months when Freeman took over & he decommitted on Freeman.
Kids from Mater Dei just don’t end up at ND. Freeman can shop all he wants, but he also lost two of the best commits in the class last season in Williams and Moore.

I generally agree with you on Mater Dei. However, to be fair to Freeman, he didn't lose Moore and Williams.

Both of those guys were using ND as a place holder to see how things shook out at their preferred situations (USC and the SEC), and that would have been the case even had BK still been the head coach on NSD.

(Idk if you have an axe to grind against Freeman, or if you think people are giving him too much credit/leeway too soon and are trying to play the contrarian, but your attempts to play debbie downer about Freeman's recruiting and coaching come off as very petty)

Why are you so gd whiney? Freeman is recruiting better than we ever saw under Kelly. Every gd thing you post about recruiting is negative. This ain't your board, there's a little panacea for folks like you....it's called NDNation.

Reaper is a pessimist at life, or just a troll.
His opinions are worthless, dull, and predictable.

I don't claim to know who's better but I know who's closer and more likely to commit and so I'll take that. Moore.

If Sayin can squeeze out an another inch or two it’d make the debate interesting

Sayin said he’s looking to commit this fall. Which isn’t that out of the ordinary but more interesting seems to be that ND asked.

“Coach Rees and I discussed my time frame and how I am a high priority for them.”

Maybe over analyzing but don’t hear many other sophomores say they discussed timeline with the coaches.
