Reggie Limar Discusses his Sons, a Dynamic Running Back Duo

Lotta good stuff about the Limar family
Only when they are twins.Assume brothers are a package deal?
“For me, I didn't think Notre Dame was on (Jayden's) radar, to be honest,” Reggie Limar said. “ We only got probably two minutes with coach (Brian) Kelly. And so, I don't think it really connected with him.
But I didn't think they were on Jayden's radar at all. And he came to me one day, and he was like, 'Dad, I think I'm really, really, really wanting to give Notre Dame a harder look.'
While previously uncertain about Notre Dame, where was Jayden’s increased interest rooted?
You guessed it – Notre Dame’s new head coach.
You it is serious?
As much as Limar liked the campus, he found the football program significantly lacking in vibe. It was part of the reason why Limar eliminated Notre Dame from contention after that first look.
“When you’re around there, walking around the buildings and the facilities, the energy was kind of weird. Everyone’s quiet. No one speaks? It was just weird,” Limar said. “Then when (Brian) Kelly would walk in the room it was like everyone was scared of him. I didn’t like that really. I talked to Kelly one time, we went into his office. It wasn’t like you’re having a conversation with somebody, more like he’s just talking at you. We’re Notre Dame, we’re gonna win a championship, blah, blah, blah. He wasn’t really trying to get to know you.
Imagine thatThe Athletic has an article on Jayden. The comment that stood out the most.
