The Big 10 is begging ND to join and has clauses in their contracts in the event ND does. Oregon is begging to join the Big 10 and the Big 10 might not let them, at least not before some other options.

Oregon was on TV yesterday and we weren’t. They also looked like a vastly more fun place to play football. (So maybe it’s good we weren’t on TV).

Whatever. The only reason a five-star from two time zones away like Bowen or Moore goes to Oregon is the bag. Hopefully we get our heads out of our asses on that front before too much longer.

Oregon - UCLA, Texas - Oklahoma St, Ole Miss - LSU. Someone find the tv ratings for the 3 simultaneous games yesterday.

Guess: Oregon had the lowest rating of the 3.

ND is more relevant than Oregon. Oregon is not irrelevant. Both of these are true.

Dennis Dodd said ND to B1G is off for right now but that B1G commish is trying to work a deal for 2-4 P12 teams before they sign a new deal.

Heard Tom Lemming on the Rivals pod. In his opinion, ND was 50/50 at best to land Bowen. Said the kid has a good poker face and says all the right things. Noted that OU & TAMU aren’t exactly doing themselves any favors either w/ their mediocre play on the field as well.

Not a lot of ‘insights’ there from Tommy boy

Y'all are way too trusting of Du Lac without a link or source

Pretty much Bowen and his party are locked in on ND and Bowen saying not to listen to what they read from other sources outside of ND. He also wants sign on early signing day and enroll this spring.

One part is just BDs hunch but he said that if NDs defense plays Clemson well it will solidify his commitment even more.
I really don't see how that would be a huge deal.
In fact, if NDs O completely shits the bed (which could be possible against Clemson) and the fans lose all energy and stadium environment falls flat, etc - that would be a bigger worry of mine

It’s pretty amazing how dead wrong one side is gonna be in the end.

The OU and some national reporters think he may not even visit for Clemson and if he does it’s just a courtesy visit.

Since people like to follow the likes on Bowen's twitter, the only fans' tweets he has liked in the last 50 or so are ND fans. Mostly will only like or retweet things of late to that call him an ND commit.

As long as he makes the visit that him and his family have already paid for, gotta like where ND stands. Until he visits OU for Bedlam.

I don’t think Peyton thinks thoroughly through what he does on Twitter nearly as much as people think

I think he just likes stuff he’s tagged in lol

Fully agree. But that has been a recurring post on all ND message boards about his twitter activity, and it is worth pointing out its been way more favorable towards ND than it has in recent months.
