Dante is a big one. Other than Arch and Malachi Nelson this may be my favorite qb in the class. Very talented. Fits what we want as a qb and could be an impact qb after Buchner.

I don't know that anyone is questioning his ability. Think the lack of enthusiasm is more the sense that this goes the way of McGregor and Edwards than Spindler.

yeah and like i've said people recruiting PSL kids in Detroit is just shady as hell and I dont think ND is ever gonna get heavy into that scene

And he did hang around with Carnell Tate and Carnell Tate's family on one of the visit weekends.

But there is another potential dynamic. He has seen Notre Dame go to the Playoffs. He is in an amniotic sac of Michigan partisans, but he is not blind, knows that Harbaugh has never beaten Ohio State and never even sniffed the playoffs.

Does he want to be the latest QB martyr on the cross of Harbaugh or go to a team that not only has been to the playoffs but shows signs of getting there more frequently?

Would he rather annoy his friends and neighbors and go to a playoff quarterbacking Notre Dame or just lead the Blue to more embarassments in Ann Arbor and Columbus, with the ultimate thanks being fanboards that say "he was overrated anyway!?"

I’m confused about Moore. Singer says that Moore had a hard time getting to ND & at 7pm still wasn’t there yet? I thought the BBQ was an afternoon thing? So if Moore got there after 7, what did he do, get there, say hello, then turn around & go home?

I know they would stay up all night for Moore, it was more of confusion that he didn’t leave Detroit until late & missed all the other recruits? I thought he would be there by lunch & hang out all day with the others. Hopefully being there alone allowed the staff to spend some quality one on one time with him.

Gotcha. Maybe not with recruits but yeah could be blessing in disguise. Looks like he brought another prospect that wasn’t reported with him maybe teammate. Hopefully some players hung around cause it looks like they were all there in the afternoon.
