I listened to Power Hour yesterday.

Mike Frank thinks that ND should keep pushing for Dante. He thinks they don't need to rush into a 2023 backup option. He said that he believes Dante always wanted ND and one day he will remember that ND is for him.

This comes off Power Hour about two weeks ago were he said Rees/Freeman were fools for chasing after an NIL hungry kid and that they've wasted time and need to rush into a decision.

The first opportunity available, be it December or February, someone needs to step to the podium and ask Marcus Freeman about details here. I can't even begin to imagine the timeline of how this all played out behind the scenes.

I like how when news that OR likely won't go to BIG10, meaning they'll likely never make a playoff, is the time he decides to make a date to commit to OR. Sounds about right. Seems well thought out.

I got to believe on September 3rd, when Game Day Crew airs at Ohio State, all the talk is Notre Dame vs Ohio State, and all that matters in the world is Notre Dame and Ohio State, his skin will start to crawl. Then the Irish take the field in Columbus under the lights and the slugfest starts with millions watching around the world, and ND comes out with a victory. What a hangover that will be.

I’m not concerned.. Buchner is a top 10 kid with all the athletic ability in the world & plenty of time in the program.. Best case scenario for Pyne is that he’s a gameday baller & grabs the if the opportunity arises.

I’d be ecstatic if Moore pops ND but everywhere I look it seems the Ducks are a lock..

Slated for 24’.. but of course. I’m still wondering if they’re going to try & grab a 23’

CJ Carr may or may not reclassify to the '23 class, there are rumors he has the credits to do so but 1) CJ would have to prefer that over '24 and 2) ND Administration would have to give the okay. Haven't heard any tangible updates on that but it sounds like if CJ wants it, it could likely happen.

So the short answer: Depends on CJ.

The staff will definitely work towards a late '23 flip or identify a guy they like who isn't committed with some potential for depth, or if he reclassifies (best case scenario, IMO) the world is their oyster in 2024, with guys like Julian Sayin.

Sour cream can go on everything. Crystal has a powerful vinegar zing and can be used in heavy doses because of its relatively low capsaicin burn. Also Tabasco doesn’t get talked about enough. It is the coca cola of the Louisiana hot sauces and Franks is the Pepsi. All the generic Louisiana hot sauce tastes like Franks. Tabasco has its own thing going on with the pre roasted peppers and what not the spicy secret of Avery Island Louisiana.

Tabasco is breakfast for me,… but I can’t do it with other meals. It needed for bacon and eggs tho.

Crystal was impossible to find for like three years after Katrina. Those were the dark times.

The Coke/Pepsi thing is a good call. I guess Crystal is Dr Pepper as it’s the highly preferred option in its home state.

Bison and green chile is the way to go for a chili base.
