247 says they feel confident he sticks. Apparently when he decommitted from KSU, the fans got pretty nasty with him and his family. Dad still glows about ND and Deland.
Yeah at the end of the day one of the main factors we landed Edwards and Love was their relationship we Delan. If he isn't here I doubt we get either of them. I'm suspecting 1-2 RB's to transfer after this season. Not sure where Gi'Bran Payne fits in next year either.

I am not sure I agree with this. Yes the kid has great speed and highlights. But Love plays in the STL area and very tough competition. Edwards is fast but he plays weak HS competition.

Also, JerryRice1983 is being a noob.
My reasoning behind it is there are comps to Love on former rosters. Not sure the same can be said about Edwards. Isn't just his speed. His tape shows great vision, balance, and agility as well. Reminds me of Kyren if he ran 4.4.

Its a deep room. Especially if Jadarian Price is healthy.

I don't see Love as a Slot receiver. Hell with Tommy he doesn't use Tyree too much as a Slot receiver so I don't project that he will do the same much with Edwards. A different OC could untap the potential of the RB room more.

KSU is having a great year, and you guys need to remember, there are only two P5 schools in the entire state. They have some big matchups at home to conclude their season with Texas this weekend, and Kansas to cap it off on November 26. They will be great atmospheres and I think most in the state that are into football would want to go.

Yeah. If he's just going with some friends to a big game, and he's being upfront with the staff about, I wouldn't worry too much here. If it's an OV obviously that's a different story.

Too much logic, not enough emotional fear in this "post."

Plenty of NFL all pros come from smaller schools so it doesn't bother me at all (scouting) but it's an interesting tale of two recruiting seasons. In the beginning we were battling and going toe-to-toe with the likes of Alabama and Georgia and now we're worried about KSU stealing/reclaiming our best recruit.

I really really like Edwards
But he isn't even the best recruit at his own position...

I cerebrate this likely goes ND's way. Albeit the possibility always subsists for at the terminus of the day nothing is certain.

He's our best recruit. Save this post for 2-3 years from now.
Yeah he is definitely my favorite. I get DeAnthony Thomas/Reggie Bush high school tape vibes from watching him. ND hasn't had a dude like this in a loooong time.

I think next year you will see Edwards and Love playing more of a slot roll, not sure how many carries they will get with Diggs, Audric, and Jadarian Price and i'm assuming Chris Tyree will come back. That's 6 guys who should be getting touches.
I hope they move on from Tyree, He's RB 3 right now and will be RB4 next year.

They're not using him correctly. He should be in space. Either that or he's just not that fast and should be a "between the tackles" type runner. Or more likely is that Rees doesn't know how to get that done consistently.
