He isn't the reason ALONE... for TWO wins. Reading comprehension is tough, I know.

Besides, based on how bad Knapp was, I doubt it matters than much if Jagusah plays. And he certainly doesn't win us the game against A&M.
Wrong again

Disagree on Denbrock deserving a spanking. We scored 24 points on a very good defense, first game of the year with a redshirt freshman QB getting his first start in a hostile environment. Neither Florida or a ranked South Florida scored more than 12 on them, and they had the benefit of 2025 game film to work with. Could we have scored more? Absolutely, 1st half for sure was a slow start. Given the circumstances and the 17 points in the 4th I think it was not spanking worthy. The defense on the other hand gave up big plays in the red zone, broken 20+ yard passes that the 2024 defense wouldn't have done. Miami's offense isn't as good as it was last year, we shouldn't have allowed some of those scores or at least held them to a FG on one. That team is not #2 in the country.
16 touches between Love and Price is Spank worthy for sure. I blame Denbrock more for Miami and Ash more for A&M.

At this point, I just hope we can see Jagusah play in an Irish uniform.

I’ve felt it’s been oddly quiet on him, which makes me think there were complications with the injury and no real timeline.
I actually have more of a doom and gloom approach. I know we joke around with him doing extreme activities but it sounds like that accident was more serious than they were letting on. Lingering nerve damage issues? He may be done with football.

If there's no clear timeline they have to do whatever it takes to keep Billy, even if it's an overpayment. They have to prepare for the worst case scenario.
Yeah I don't know how you let Schrauth go if there's any chance Jagusah can't play next year. If we have neither of those guys, we have a big hole at guard, and looking like we'll need replace Wagner too.

Given schedule & who's available waiting in the wings, if Wagner is out I'm adding his money to whatever they were going to allocate to Schrauth. There's too much at stake next year & with Craig coming off injury as well, having one side of the line stabilized will go a long way

My friend from college was getting recruited to play division 1 football and then hurt himself screwing around on a dirt bike.

At this point, the best we can hope for from Jags is one dominant, All-American level season. Uber talented guy, who just has the injury bug following him around since his hs career.

It seems many of our very best players have been injured in times where they otherwise would've been among the best in the country, likely leaving wins on the table. Kyle Hamilton, Ben Morrison, Jeremiyah Love(last year), Howie Cross.

I hope this next year brings good health to the team in general, but especially those Dudes who have the potential to put the team on their back and change the game.

Kinda crazy to think a silly preventable ATV accident might have cost us the Miami and/or A&M game and a trip to the playoff. With better protection against Bain we probably get an extra score against Miami and at least go to OT. A&M was more on the defense (Although there were some easy scores the defense gave up on Miami)

A&M was ~90% on the defense, but a healthy OL might have at least had another conversion, which would have used up more clock and not given their offense a chance to score again. It was a 1 point game, there is a list of a dozen things that would have changed the outcome.

Matt Freeman didn’t elaborate but said Charles isn’t participating in winter workouts right now.

This is seriously frustrating. Arguably the most talented OL on the team and a broken arm is holding him out way longer than what should be expected.

Didn’t he just regain the nerves shooting recently?

There is zero excuses why he isn’t ready to go. Originally it was OCT return, then a few months later, then possibly returning by playoffs. How can he still be out.
Newsflash - sometimes surgeries don't go as expected. The fact they had to go back in a second time is a bad sign for that injury. If there truly is nerve damage, that arm may never be what it once was. You’re playing a waiting game to see if things recover
