Love the pickup. He's a recruit that takes the OL group up a level.

Definitely worth the read. First class experience led to this being even more of a slam dunk than we thought.

PS if all moms thought the way this young man's did we'd have a top 5 class every year.

Can only imagine the dismay of being an upperclassman DL player and thinking you will slap this guy a round a little.

Hats off to Harry. He should kick the feet up, pour a cold one, light a cigar, and enjoy the month of July before camp starts.

Any salty tears posts over on UM forums? I need my daily dose.
Of course. They seem to think that ND is handing out NIL $ and that's how we're kicking their ass going head to head for recruits. Then there's some who say wait until ND gets crushed by OSU and USC. Then commits will see that they made a mistake. They're in there feelings rn. And I love all of it. 🤣🤣

A 6'6 athletic, asskicking O-lineman from this part of the midwest that is also a state wrestling champ? Yes please.

This is what an elite guard/tackle prospect looks like. Tons of upside, excellent wrestler, quick feet/hands now he just needs time with Hiestand to perfect his technique and become a first rounder.
One of those articles talks about how he is always wanting to work on a new technique gleaned from speaking to coaches that were recruiting him.

I long ago learned to not put a lot of stock in people's opinions and HS player rankings are the height of opinion only journalism.

Yeah, if those ranking were reliable, Alabama and Georgia would be in the playoffs competing for NCs nearly every year!

Italics please
And GA isnt. One year doesnt mean you are a dynasty.

Haha! Some of the the real arguments for distrust of the services are, IMO:

1) it’s a lot easier to rank the absolute freaks 5- and high 4-star athletes then the kids below them—but that doesn’t impact the top 2-3 schools.
2) kids bust all of the time for reason that have nothing to do with talent.
3) because Alabama has back to back to back to back to back excellent classes, any deficiencies In the ratings gets covered over by their overall dominant performance (even if the services were wrong 75% of the time, Alabama would still be loaded)

Now 96 rated on 247 which I think when they update their rankings and the composite will make him a composite 5 star.

Rivals has him at 122, which is hurting his overall ranking.
If they move him up then he will be a composite 5 Star. On3 will eventually move him down.

BJ Holland posted that a visit to Michigan for today's game had been in works for a month, but it didn't materialize. Says Jagusah "now locked in with ND."
