Never had Cuy, Ceviche, Papas a la Huancaina is fantastic, Anticuchos, Arroz Chaufa Peruano just to name a few. The thing I love about it is the way it blends with other worldwide cuisines...it's very unique and tough to match.

Peruvian's make more use of potatoes than any other culture I've ever seen. They have so many types of potatoes that can only be grown in high altitudes, makes it hard to fully replicate the dishes here. The few Peruvian dishes I've tried are delicious but so are the authentic Mexican dishes I've had.

Went to Icquitos in the Amazon as a younger lad and remember eating a lot of pineapple chicken with rice (Pollo a la Pina) there and it was delicious

This is BK-era thinking IMO. In MF we trust. As long as that man is leading the charge, we have a chip and a chair. And sometimes that's all you need.

Love has some positional flexibility, no? IIRC some schools are pitching DB.

Realistically, unlikely to get him, but it gives ND more credibility with other 5 stars. Young can talk to other super stars about it. And it gives Freeman, Rees, etc more "experience" with interacting with elite guys so they can use that towards recruiting other 5 star studs.
