Prister just posted a “In the Film Room” which has been an unconfirmed sign of promise since he rarely does it ahead of a commitment

Snippets from Prister's write-up:

https://247sports.com/college/notre-dame/Article/In-The-Film-Room-Justius-Lowe-179813958/

Justice Lowe, who is listed with 4.47 speed. 247Sports’ rating of Lowe has him as an athlete – part receiver, part cornerback. But his future on the collegiate level is at wideout

Lowe is an aggressive football player in general. He made 20 tackles and three interceptions with three forced fumbles as a senior at Lake Oswego in the 6A division. He comes from the same league that current Irish wideout Braden Lenzy played in.

But it’s as a receiver – he caught 42 passes for 858 yards (20.4-yard average) and 12 touchdowns in 2021 – 22

Lowe’s film looks more like that of a four-star prospect.

Also must have an upcoming visit with Utah this weekend.

His timeline is interesting. OV'd to Colorado and ASU in November, commits to Utah on 14th and doesn't sign very next day lol.

ND, USC, and Florida all offer end of Dec.

If he never visits USC/FL you gotta really like odds for ND here.

One day I will learn how to embed links on this site lol

1. Hit share button in the bottom right of the tweet.
2. Hit copy link to tweet.
3. Come back to IE and paste link in chat box.
4. Fully highlight the pasted link and then hit the Twitter button in the IE toolbar.
5. Success

If his visit is locked in and he doesn’t add another one it’d be tough not to be optimistic

There is an opportunity to get reps at Notre Dame sooner rather than later.

I take it he didn't end up going on his official to Utah this weekend then.

JFC, what the hell happened?

Somebody needs to yank the black cat in our receiver room. This is getting absurd.

He was “sick” instead of visiting Utah. Never gone ahead with talk of Florida visit. I don’t think ND visit was set in stone (clearly). Home wins.

This development surely doesn’t leave much hope that there will be any additional 2022 WR signees for the class…….other than from the adoption portal.

RJ Sneed was a name coming out of Baylor that seemed like a possibility, but he's going to Colorado.

Things are not unfolding the way we need them to right now, and a bad situation at receiver is getting worse. Need something to break our way.

But hey, at least we're not waiting for weeks on end for ND to get off their sorry asses and make our hires official so our coaches can go out and recruit, oh wait...

Such a train wreck at WR recruiting. Rees, nobody, could even step in and make a difference?

Shouldn't matter for grad transfers

Right. We've always been an attractive destination for grad transfers. But with so many more athletes entering the portal now, we need to find a way to make undergrad transfers work at ND.
