Man, I think this young man is going to be really really good but he’s got a lot of weight to add. Are we sure he’s not a DT?
“Getting a chance to be around people that are like me was a really refreshing opportunity.”
Sounds like his visit wasn't the standard cookie cutter visit he normally experiences.

Getting Baker, Fisher, Wagner in back to back to back classes would make me feel extremely positive about tackles. That's not even including Joe Alt
It feels like folks forget that 247 took Alt up to #179 nationally once they saw how he moved at the 280+ lbs. Apparently, he's now close to 300 and it'll be interesting to see how he factors in.
And, Carmody was #149 overall. So, that's 4 top 180 guys at OT in two classes.
Personally, I feel really good that we have Carmody, Baker, Blake, and Alt in back to back classes. I don't think we're going to be without really good options at OT, as these guys develop.
With that said, I would love to land either Taylor or Wagner because I think those guys are just that good.

A couple things.
1. He stands next to Quinn similarly to some of our other OL. For example I looked at a pick with Quinn and Kristofic. I'd guess he's 6'5 range. Plus or minus 1/2 inch.
2. There are some conversations at Bucknuts that Aamil may not have a spot in their class if he waits too long. I don't know if that is the classic, apply pressure to get the commitment or if they would really not take him if he waits. But, if he waits and they fill up, then we have to like ND's chances to land him at that point. So, the strategy of take Craig and wait out other decisions could work out.

A premium article from Loy.
A big takeaway is his plan to commit in September/October and announce at an All star Game. Wants to take in some games or practices before deciding. This could work into ND's favor depending on how OSU plays it.
Waiting on the OSU green light?
