I have updated our commit list on the front page. Let me know if anything looks out of whack. I have removed Irvin...and I also had about five additions ready to be added as of this morning.

But I thought Notre Dame couldn't get multiple 5 stars consistently and didn't want to play the NIL game. Seriously love this report and hope Loy is correct. The level of recruiting this offseason has been amazing. The committee pissed off the wrong bull and this program is now on a mission.

Sooooo …. With Olu, Folorunsho, Sesay, Simien, and Henderson, we’d have 5 stars … which grows to 7 if you (fairly imo) include Monds and Vaughn who were 2028 5 stars. Hassan also is another fringe guy.

Just absolutely absurd lmao. I mean there were plenty of BK teams that had zero to one five stars across the entire roster.

Without Irvin, class is currently at 17.
Add the 6 that are silents/trending to get to 23.
Seems 24 prospects is the goal for the staff once they find the 5th DB - Greedy James, late flip, or off the board player.
It could push to 25 with another DL, TE, or BPA.

2026 class pushed to 30 due to over signing at a few positions - 2 QBs, 6 OL, 5 WR - and taking 2 specialists (K,P)

Looking at the top of 2026 vs the top of 2027 - if all the names from the weekend sign…

2027 - 4 composite 5 stars (2 on 247, ON3 industry has Folorunsho #34 missing 5 5stars by 2 spots)
- 9 top 100, 12 top 150, 15 top 200, 16 top 250
(289.13 with the broken calculator - 247 only now, composite??? - likely around 300 again)

2026 - 4 composite 5 stars (2 on 247 ON3 industry had JOB at #34 as well therefore only 3 5stars)
- 5 top 100, 10 top 150, 13 top 200, 16 top 250
(284.84 from 247 only, 299.28 on composite)

2026 class was ranked 5th. 2027 will be higher especially with bumps due for Monds, Vaughn, Coleman, O’Neil on ESPN (+176 and +70), Gamble on Rivals (+126 and +52), Hawk on Rivals (28th TE?), and Whisenton - definitely top 150 player (sites have him 173/181/187) and top 8/9 RB.

They will continue to recruit him throughout the Fall and try to get him on campus but seems ready to commit to O$U.

Alright so I just looked into this because I could’ve sworn that the 2026 recruiting class was #2 in the country only behind USC. On both 247 and on3, Premer has disappeared from our 2026 recruiting class (bringing it down to 5 on 247, still 2 on on3.) Does anybody know why that is?
