I watched quite a few ND games last season and I will admit that I was never impressed by Tae Davis. He has improved so much this year. I love the way he attacks the rim no matter if he's being guarded by a smaller player or a bigger player. He's got another year left, right? If everyone comes back next year, this ND team could be very good (especially with a strong class coming in).

It’s only year two. He inherited a shitty program. I’m reserving judgement until next year when they bring in those recruits.

Almost the same as Allocco “fouling” the NC 3pt shooter. He may have invaded the shooter’s space on that, but I really felt they were splitting hairs.

We’ve been on the short end of two late game calls like that.

The end of game issues are starting to look like a feature of this team. And the road performance is alarming. Losing on the road has become almost automatic.

Up 17 and lose this game, we saw Shrewberry get pissed, the players need to get pissed, and they need to play pissed off vs their next opponent.

I thought the call on Davis at the end was a bad call, like the 3 point shot vs UNC.

Next year guarantees a top 10 recruiting class, but you still need to play on the court.

Burton had 22 points in the first half, Syracuse made adjustments in the 2nd half, and ND still relies too much on Burton.

Agree. Getting to the NIT is an attainable goal given the circumstances.

Tomorrow starts the biggest two week stretch in coach shrews tenure thus far in my opinion.
Boys should be 13-11 at minimum going into the big (3) game homestand Louisville - SMU - Pitt

Any chance at a tournament bid is likely long gone, but it would be encouraging for Shrews to show his coaching acumen during this month and at least get the boys to the top third of the acc conference standings in what is a very down year for the conference.

First year was not ideal to say the least. 13-20 finishing Kenpom's 118th team
Currently 78th in Kenpom, which is certainly progress.
Would be great to finish the year 4-5 games above 500. that would be encouraging for me at least to show we're gaining momentum toward hopefully a tournament bid in year 3 of the coaches tenure.
