Starting a new thread for the ten of us that may post about ND basketball. ha
10 is about right LOL. We oldsters remember when Digger had us in the top 10 every year and always in the mix for the elite recruits (who could read and write, anyway). If we had joined the Big East in the early 80's it would have made a big difference in preventing our demise into a non-elite.Starting a new thread for the ten of us that may post about ND basketball. ha
If he can shoot threes I want the “Uke Nuke” and there’s nothing you can say to change my mind.Probably should work on a nickname for the ‘Ukrainian guy’
I am excited to see where Shrews can grow with this program. He had some recruits on campus for last week's basketball game, unlike our prior coach he is recruiting in Indiana. I don't want to tell myself to have a successful season they need to make the big dance; I'd love that, but I'll go with get to the NIT.
Still no commitments for the 2025 class. Early signing day in October. Things need to happen soon.
I'm assuming he would get a second year if he hit's the front end.The crown jewel of the class if they can land him. Likely a one and one player though.
Koehler is announcing today. Looks good. IU got a CB recently for Trent Sisley, another in state kid we are after. Similar player to Koehler, higher rated. Sisley is slayted to visit ND this weekend along with two other guys who are inside post type players.
I don't think our roster is any better than last year's.I would hope that a finish in the top half is possible, but I figure they'll end up around 11-13 out of 18 in the ACC. Guards should be good. Probably needs another year, so improvement this season and then a stronger push next year.
Prediction: There is going to be more than 10 now.Starting a new thread for the ten of us that may post about ND basketball. ha
Syracuse as well, we open the ACC slate with them on 12/7 then head to the Carrier Dome in January.Boston College and Georgia Tech the 2 they play twice, no trip way out west in conference. That's not a bad set-up.
Very much dislike it. More so Stanford and Cal. Would love to see them bolt back to the Pac-12...Syracuse as well, we open the ACC slate with them on 12/7 then head to the Carrier Dome in January.
The nonconference schedule is strong this year! Houston, Alabama, Georgia, Georgetown and Rutgers? Quality. They'll be well-tested ahead of the new ACC slate.
Very strange seeing Cal, Stanford, SMU etc on the schedule. Go Irish!
