The front 7 was pretty amazing. They led the NFL in sacks in 2017 and I think they finished second last season. They still need an ILB and someone on the other side of TJ Watt. Bud Dupree is too inconsistent.

The safeties are alright; they’re both young. But they need to get Artie Burns off the field. He is trash. That’s why I drafted two secondary players in the first 3 rounds. The biggest issue with the secondary is that they gave up a lot of splash plays.

The Steelers do need a good #2 receiver. They were spoiled with having two top 10 receivers. James Washington can be that guy, but he needs to show it this offseason. There are a lot of really good receivers in this draft. I really like Hakeem Butler, Deebo Samuel, Terry McLauren, and many others.

WR is definitely an interesting group in this year's draft. A lot to like in the top 10 guys. Also a lot to like about possible hidden gems. I think Hurd, who will go late, will end up being a steal. I also can see Renfrow killing it on the right team (he'd be a great fit for the Pats).

LOL. No, I think he'd kill it underneath all day long in the Pat's O.
But yes, not sure any team gets more out of honky WRs than the Pats lol.

With the Colts, I think they are a good pass rush, and legit #2 WR from making major noise. There's definitely enough cap and draft stock to cover that.

I'd like to see Pitt do well too. While I'm a huge Colts homer, I quietly cheer for one team in each division. Pitt has been the one in the North for me since before Indy got the Colts. I hate Balt and Cinci. Cleveland though is starting to grow on me. I started liking Pitt as a kid in the late 70s because some of my close family were big fans. I continued liking them later in life after we got the Colts simply because they were one of the few AFC teams to compete with the Pats.

In the late 70s, I got a Steeler watch (which I still have) and footlocker for Christmas from the JC Penny catalog . They did not go well with my other gear at that time (Cowboys and Bears) lol. My family was a mixed bag of nuts until the Colts moved to Indy in 84. Now we're all crazy Colts fans, except one who never moved on from the Bears (funny thing is, he was Manning's bodyguard for several years).

IDK. Metcalf had a very nice RS FR in a crowded WR group. Was on track for a much better year in 2018 before he injured his neck. He would have started as a true frosh had he not broke his foot.

I watched a couple of their games over the last couple years. He was definitely a freak. The only thing I'd really worry about is his injury history, and they seem freak too lol... He may not end up an all-pro, but i think he'll end up at minimum a good/productive #2. His family is littered with pro players as well IIRC.

Packers mainly ignore the Offense and trust that the new coaching staff rejuvenates a stale attack now that the stubborn McCarthy era is over. Between the FA pickups and Sweat/Bush, they vastly improve their pass rush and become one of the better defensive teams in the NFC.

Also got my top sleeper in the draft, Dex Williams, in Rd 7, and a potential Rodgers heir in Daniel Jones.

Buffalo has gotten high marks for filling in needs with free agency. A major need is Edge, but Ziggy Ansah has visited, Falcons’ Bruce Irvin, Chiefs’ Justin Houston and Packers’ Nick Perry remain unsigned and are possibilities.

This offseason is all about protecting Josh Allen and providing him with more weapons. Thanks to F.A. many draftees after round 3 will be for depth, and should they sign a F.A. Edge player possibly only their first two picks will be starters.

He has been shooting up draft boards and I'm pretty shocked; he's definitely a first round talent but his size limits his capabilities. You'd better have a studly DL to let him run free to plug holes, otherwise he will be destroyed trying to shed blocks in run D.

He has a skill set that will provide him a long NFL career to be sure, but #11 overall seems like a reach for someone who doesn't have the frame to hold up on every down, IMO.

Hockenson was both BPA and need. Sweat and Bush were gone when I made 1(30) and 2(12). Harry and Hockenson would start with Lodge in the rotation and all will help the passing game. I chose G-J over Adderly. If I had gone Edge, Winovich, Ximines, Miller and Jackson would have been possible. McCoy, Edoga and Davis are solid backups with chance to start. LBs may have taken a backseat in this scenario, but have potential. The Edges I wanted were gone by 2(12), so I can see why you pick one early. You had a QB and RB. I doubled up on WR and LB. G-J and McCoy are versatile.

Other than his height, he and Devin White have very similar measurables. White and Bush are by far the best linebackers in this draft. I'm hoping Bush drops to Pittsburgh at 20, but I'm not that confident that it will happen.

But, don't be shocked. I'm not sure where your assumption is coming from that he'll get eaten up by blockers.

The Eagles have freed up almost $50 million in cap space this offseason.

Just by cutting ties with Tim Jernigan, Stefen Wisniewski and Nick Foles, trading Michael Bennett and restructuring Nigel Bradham and Rodney McLeod, the Eagles cleared out over $47 million in cap commitments.

They have a hole at MLB, and filled some needs with one year contracts (Ronald Darby, CB) Jordan Howard, RB, acquired from Chicago, is in his final year. Jason Peters, LT is 37 and is a FA next year, as is Rodney McLeod, FS. So replacements are needed.
There is no real backup behind Howard. Interior OL needs help with the loss of Wisniewski. S needs to be addressed early with a developmental CB probably in the later rounds. Chris Long, 4-3 DE, may retire, but is a FA next year anyway. Edge would be a major need, if he retires. Carson Wentz will also be a FA in 2020 and a new contract will eat up cap space. Duke Johnson, RB, wants out of Cleveland and would be a good acquisition. But assuming needs at this time and with no picks between 57 and 127...

Even after the OBJ trade but with FA acquisitions, the Giants have $11 mill in cap space. The class of twelve picks may eat up $10 mill. Adding Golden Tate helps fill the WR void, but Hall will add a speedster. Both Hall and Lodge are Z WRs. Giants have Sterling Shepard and Corey Coleman going to FA next year. The top four needs are addressed in the first four picks - outside of QB. So Finley was added with the sixth pick. I doubled up on WR, CB, and DT. S is probably a need if they need an alternative to Jabrill Peppers. With three fifth round picks, perhaps they could move up into the 4th for one.
