I had a quick question on what the 2018 OL Class is going to look like? Right now, ND is not recruiting very many guys (at least having offers) and I wanted to know how many Harry plans on taking? Cause 15 is usually the magic number to be at every year. It would take 4 recruits to get to 15 but that assumes no GS leave or anyone transfer. I think the ideal number is 5 and maybe even 6 to replenish those transfers out. Thoughts?

Not sure if it's been posted anywhere and I didn't even see a thread for him but ND is in 2018 OL Sam Vakalahi's top 7 along with Bama, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, UCLA, and Washington I believe.

Pretty important recruit with the loss of Hoge and Parker. Kids pretty darn good too and will be competing at The Opening. Would be huge if we could pull this off.

EDIT: I've seen a couple places now mention him as a DT. Not sure where we're recruiting him at but if it's DT then I'm guessing he's not a take with Jayson and Ja'mion already on board. And if he is a take at DT then he's obviously not as big of a need. If he's an interior OL as first reported then sign him up. We need some help there after the transfers.

It’s weird to say that you need to pay attention to a German football player and not be talking soccer, but that’s the case right now.

Zavier Scott has family ties to Ohio — both of his parents from the Buckeye State — but that family is a military family and is currently living in Germany. On Tuesday, he and a group of Europe’s best high school prospects made a stop in Columbus, the first of a handful of college camps they’ll attend.

The 6-1, 198-pound Scott ran a 4.38 in the 40-yard dash and opened the eyes of the Buckeyes and others.
