BK citing the new redshirt rule, saying he's looking at the schedule and assessing camp structure to determine how they might get everyone involved.

Some are more physically prepared, while others are more mentally prepared.

Gotta see them on the field, so they'll have more of an opportunity to compete in preseason camp than usual.

Not gonna rush Phil, but he's gonna get more opportunities in scrimmages than freshmen QB's would have gotten previously (again, because of redshirt rule, they are going to scrimmage the freshmen a lot)

DEXTER'S STATUS:

The best summer that he's had since he's been at ND. Put on 8-10 lbs, sustaining his fitness, in the best position that he's been.

He's gonna help the football team this year.
