With the 17th pick the Baltimore Ravens select Florida State Runningback Dalvin Cook. They have Wr's for Joe to connect with and tight ends. They need a back that will help take pressure off Joe.

*man their mock draft is all over the place

Washington up? He could pick for the Eagles, too!

Anyone that wants to can go ahead and pick for the Eagles. We've waited too damn long. If we don't have a Redskins pick in by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow, that becomes a free agent pick to be made. PM's have been sent to GM's so they've had fair warning.

With the 17th overall pick in 2017 NFL Draft, the Washington Redskins select, Hasson Reddick, linebacker out of Temple University.

Defense has been the issue in Washington over the past few years. The Redskins addressed some of these issues in early free agency with LB Zach Brown and defensive line additions, Terrell McClain and Stacy McGee. Even with the addition of fellow LB, Zach Brown, this was a no brainer at 17. Reddick immediately improves the overall athleticism of an unproductive front seven. This move also allows Washington to drop Sua Cravens back to safety, a position in need of a massive overhaul and upgrade.

Haason Reddick, a former walk-on at Temple, finished up his career for the Owls with a senior season that included 9.5 sacks and 21.5 tackles for loss. He followed that season up with a strong combine where he posted a 4.52 40 with 24 reps on the bench.

Overall, exactly what the Redskins are looking for on defense.

That's weak. Just a name? No profile?

Seriously guys. We really suck at this year. Not only will we not get through two rounds before the first day of the real draft, but the effort some of you are putting into your profiles is terrible.

C'mon Irishman, especially if you're gonna take someone else's pick, throw us a little color.

12:00 EST deadline and if pick isn't in for Titans, it's a free agent. This pace is ridiculous.

I've got a Titans pick locked and loaded if Ndfb3.1 isn't in by noon

With the 18th pick of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Titans select Corey Davis from Western Michigan. With addressing the defense with the 5th overall pick, we went offense with our second pick. The Titans have a strong running game with Demarco Murray, Derrick Henry and the option of Marriota running the ball. Corey Davis and his 4.48 40 speed will help defenses from putting 8 in the box. The pick was between Davis and John Ross from UW and his 4.22 40 speed. We went with Davis because of his size and route running. Ross already has injuries and at being 5'10" he more likely to be injury proned.

With the 18th pick in the 2017 IE Mock Draft, the Tennessee Titans select:

Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan

636151737451913474-Corey-Davis-Buffalo-1.jpg

The Titans addressed their secondary with their first pick in this draft, and with another first rounder here, they are able to address their other big need, WR, with a round-one talent. And that's key, because there's a big drop off after the round-one wide receivers in this draft.

The question: John Ross, or Corey Davis?

Obviously you know the answer, but the reasoning: John Ross might be a less-durable but faster DeSean Jackson. That might be an acceptable risk for some teams, but the Titans already have Rishard Matthews, who can take the top off, and Tajae Sharpe, who is a tweener.

Rather than a burner, Marcus Mariota becomes wayyyy more dangerous with a legit star at his disposal as a possession receiver to compliment the other two guys. Davis presents that, allowing Matthews and Sharpe to switch off between outside and slot to mix up the looks the defense has to worry about.

And it helps that his 4.43 speed, while standing at 6'3", kind of eliminates some of the regret over not getting Ross' speed.

Next GM has until 5:00 EST then it becomes a green light special for someone to use. PM was sent early today. Let's keep this train rolling. Nice write ups and profile by the Titans GM(s).

With the 19th pick in the 2017 draft the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select TE OJ Howard out of Alabama.

OJHoward.jpg

The CFB playoff darling OJ Howard impressed scouts and fans everywhere with his outstanding performances in the 2016 and 2017 CFB playoffs as well as his outstanding NFL Combine performances. With this pick the Buccaneers continue to add weapons to their offense led by Jameis Winston. After news of the pick was revealed Winston was asked his thoughts, "Man, our offense is going to be too skrong this season, I'm hype!" The Bucs front office continues to bolster their passing offense in hopes that Winston and the team can take the next step. The Bucs will be looking to add some secondary help later in the draft as well as looking at options at WR and possibly RB with the looming 4 game suspension for the tumultuous Doug Martin.

With the 20th pick in the 2017 IE Mock Draft, the Denver Broncos select:

Ryan Ramczyk, OT, Wisconsin

9527832-ncaa-football-lambeau-field-college-classic-louisiana-state-vs-wisconsin.jpg

The Broncos look hard at Bolles from Utah here, but Ramcyzk seems to fit just a bit better as a prototypical LT, which the Broncos need.

Bolles might have a higher ceiling, but he's also got a lower floor, and will need to improve more to reach that ceiling, while Ramcyzk is ready to play LT right now.

The Broncos also considered WKU's Forrest Lamp, as he's a Zack Martin clone: a bit shorter and with shorter arms than your typical NFL LT, but all the skills you could want. They could've plugged him in at LT and given him a shot to fill that spot, and if it didn't work out against lengthy DE's because of the height and reach, they'd move him inside and have a hell of an athletic guard on their hands, and still get their first-round value.

But, a sure-thing LT was the safe bet.

Can somebody tell me the Ramcyk hype? Dude has played one year of college football and is talked about being a top 15 pick? Just don't know if I see it. I know Wisconsin plugs out OL every year but I feel like only Freddrick and Thomas have made it

Only in the IE mock draft does OJ Howard end up at 19
