Look, I would be heartbroken if my son went to Michigan or USC while holding an offer from ND… so I get that… but I wouldn’t show it on TV… and I honestly couldn’t fathom that even happening if the parent is so passionately in love with the school… the whole thing just screams mass family dysfunction.

I agree. I'm joking; it's the kid's life. You guide your kid, give them advice, point out things to consider but make clear that the kid has to choose for himself.
