From readin ISD Intel it seem yeargin is all florida and basically said itll be up to florida if they want him. On nelson they said a very close source to him laughed when they mentioned possible OSu whispers and said he has had no contact with coaches and was all ND. Mckenzie is probably going to adjust timeline is the word. Also said the young guns like bryant, brown and robinson looking very good and keep and eye on folston too. Also hayes is recruiting Elam a lot as well.

I personally have no info on Jesse Aniebonam. I have one always wondered why they had not offered him and really liked him as a potential fit.

I guess so, but I'm not entirely sure if that's true. We've cut guys some slack before.

Figured I'd drop this in here since we've talked about McKenzie a lot. On the II board a guy asked if ND's staff would take McKenzie's commitment right now. TJ had this to say. "They like Mckenzie a lot and want to take him. They may do so as a provisional commitment." Meaning that there will be an understanding that he has certain work that needs to get done in order to actually sign on NSD.

Do you think Trumbetti will crack the 100? Otherwise he'll be moved tomorrow when the 250 comes out.

Brent should see movement today. There isn't a good reason why he won't be in the 100. I think Hood's summer will keep him at a 5. I think it might come down to how well the Rivals staff likes other OTs relative to Nelson.

EDIT: After looking at the Rivals OL ranks, I don't see anybody below Nelson that had a better camp circuit that I recall.

With the way Mama dominated the camp circuit, #38 overall and #6 OL doesn't seem high enough. I was thinking maybe it's because he plays OG and not OT, but they have Knox ranked ahead of him. This is surprising because they performed side by side at the Rivals camp and Mama won the OL MVP.

Holley's ranking is also interesting. He's #67 overall, but the #3 DT. He's the #4 DT on 247, but the #28 overall.

Couldn't we take 28 and have 4 EE's, 4 count against last class and 24 this class? Didn't Weis do this in 2006?

Unless we go over 85, we haven't over signed.
