That thread was the Leonardo DaVinci of IE Threads. Like DaVinci, it proposed applications, ranging from the origins of creation to the mundane simplicity of a safety pin, and it showed an incredible breadth of scope and a facility for making connections to great and small principles -- it was simply mindnumbing. Except that, instead of genius, it was mostly reckless banter.
