just saw my eagles signed Russell Shepard should be interesting in Kellys offense

I'm actually surprised they didn't go after Matt Scott from Arizona. That guy has a shot in a college style offense. Or...he might make a pretty decent slot receiver.

Anyone care to summarize big winners and losers on team basis for the overall draft?

Haven't had much time to dig into it myself.

I absolutely love this tweet:

@SolidVerbal: Impressive draft outcome for the SEC and the region most focused on preparing 21 year olds for a three year profession.

I haven't dug much but I watched rounds 1-5 and IMO:

Winners: Rams, Steelers
Losers: Vikings

Rams got Tavon Austin, traded down and still got their man in Alec Ogletree, Stedman Bailey, and Zac Stacey in the 5th Round. I'm biased though

Steelers, I just liked all their picks round 1-5 ecspecially Wheaton and Shamarko

Vikings, bottom line they traded most of their draft for Cordalle Patterson which IMO was a HUGE mistake

I agree on the Vikings, if they make that trade for Manti it would have been a phenomenal draft for them. Kiper said that if they make that trade their draft would have gotten an A and he would have classified it as one of the best. I have to throw Cincinnati in their as one of my faves. Eifert, Bernard, Hunt, and Shaun Williams could all be starters right now.

He's got Barr (3) and Lynch (higher than Tuitt) higher than most

Lynch...kid hasn't been in competition for quite awhile. Its gonna take him 1/3 of the season to be all he can be...lets see him against sparty, then the canes, then finally Louisville. By Louisville he should be himself...I think he gets handled against sparty.

Barr is a solid ball player, and I think he'll be pretty consistent...but I'm shocked he's that high.

Mariota...I think he will be the best QB out of any listed. good athlete, good head, throws better than I thought...
