If you have never done it before it is extremely uncomfortable. The first time I held my baby I did not know how to do it. As a first time father I had numerous pics just like this.

I did what came natural, to the howels from family...

kid face down, my hand through the legs, kids arms hugging my forearm...bring it all in to your chest...I give you the football hold. Turns out thats how you deal with kids who have acid reflux...but I cannot claim thats what drove the "grip" initially. So TR is better than me out of the gate...

Pretty sure it wasn't planned.

When I watched it live, Cam was a bit shaken up and BK wasn't all too pleased with the situation.

It looked like one of the personnel folks turned it the wrong way. It'd be pissed too if I were the coach. But he probably should have noticed that the springs/pads look different from behind.

A poster on II referenced Ishaq playing DE during practice while Tuitt was out. TJ had this to say. We'll continue to mix and match personnel until next wednesday when we start Temple game plan installation. Diaco still views Ishaq as a CAT LB in our scheme. Last he notes that Ishaq has strung together a few very good, spirited, and intense practices with some moments of dominant play. Lets give the guy a chance to show out now.

IDK if you're being sarcastic? A lot of people still seem to not expect much from Ishaq. I think he's going to have a better year than Shembo. Yes, I'm basing this on the spring game, but he was very disruptive in that game.

I think he's just pointing out that Ishaq is the odds-on favorite to be the "breakout player" this year.

We don't have many former 5 recruits on our roster that haven't broken out yet. He's a pretty safe pick.

I have been on board with this prediction until you say this. He can still be breakout player without that happening, IMO. Shembo won't be coming off the field very much.

I think we will see shembo and ishaq on the the field at the same time quite a bit this year. I give our opposing qb's a nano second and a half to throw it or eat dirt.

Not necessarily, it's not always black and white. I think he will be more disruptive (i.e., the guy that gets credited with the sack isn't necessarily the one that makes the play).

If you watch the spring game, Ishaq only had one sack, but 'made the play' on a number of snaps.

Dude, it's all in the eye of the beholder. You/I/anyone else will see what we see, but I personally expect Ishaq to have a better year than Shembo.

No not really thats why they starting keeping them as stats. So defensive players could be viewed differently than they had in the past. So they had benchmarks and numbers to look at as goals and such. The reason I brought it up is because if your going to make a bold statement like that without any stipulations or context, its pointless. No matter what your going to be right, how could you ever be wrong. Your not willing to actually look at factual measures. At the end of the season Shembo could have 15 sacks to Ishaq's 5 and you could say "Well Ishaq was more disruptive, IMO." Just doesn't make much sense is all. The reality is I was trying to see what numbers you'd be willing to put next to each other and you weren't. If Ishaq is as disruptive as Shembo was last year, we'll be in good shape and everybody will be happy.
