Simple, put down who you believe will have a breakout performance on offense and on defense this season. If you can add why you believe so, go for it.

Jamoris Slaughter
He played a big role last year and was versatile as the nickel back, DOG LB, and safety. However this year he'll maintain some of that versatility, but he's going to take over leadership from Harrison. Had a great season last year, but I think he'll parlay himself from probably a 5-6th round pick this year to a late 2nd to 3rd round pick next year...maybe higher. He's not afraid to hit, solid in coverage, and has some wheels. Look for him to be a clear leader on the D.

Tommy Rees will have no where near the number of turnovers as last year...

..because he will be third string QB.

Offense: Davaris Daniels. He has the measurables to be excellent, with a better QB in place, all of our WRs will be a little bit better than last year. DD may not equal Floyd, but he could easily be the next #1 WR.

Defense: Ishaq Williams. Dont have too many reasons other than he is a beast of an athlete. I think he steps up and takes over...

I think we'll see T.J. step it up this season and really break out. He has a ton of talent and is obviously a solid player if he's been starting/playing since his freshman season. Time for him to break out.

Defensively I think we'll all be riding the Slaughter bandwagon. He will have a HUGE season. Can't wait to see the "slaughter" headlines.

I fully expect Goodman to have an above average season, in the same fashion as Parris in '09. However, "breakout" means really steps up their game, so I'm going with a tie between Cierre/Golson. Get ready for it, because it's coming.

On defense I have to go with our entire defensive line. With KLM back, we finally have talent, depth and experience for the first time in about a decade. Nix, Lynch, and Tuitt are all past their freshman campaigns and really stepping up as leaders of the D. I'm looking forward to it.

Defense: Tuitt, the guy didn't even have spring ball last year. He's gonna explode

Offense: Theo, I feel like he's healthy and back in his comfort zone.

O: Daniels

D: I'll go with Ishaq and one of our corners (Jackson/Brown) Can't help but feel one of them is going to end up shining for us...

don't know if it is really considered a breakout player...but slaughter really stepped his game up last year...becoming a father will translate in a postive way knowing he needs to put 100% into this to make it to the next level...i saw a resurgence of life in him last year and i hope that was just the tip of the iceberg

off-i am going to say TJ...started his career off very good...and has been missing ever since...he had the passing of his father last year which i can't imagine the impact that had on him especially when things didn't go so good for him to start off the year w/ the pass off helmet...he had the skills, and good hands...look for him to be a weapon!

O: Goodman. Kelly brought him back before everyone else for a reason.

D: Jalen Brown.

O: Roby Toma - The little man is going to have big things to prove given the chance. I see him making some big impacts from the slot.

D: Bennett Jackson - very Athletic and quick. has done some good things on Special Teams so far in his career.

Lynch- Will be all-american material by the end of the year (Tuitt is my runner up)

And I'm gonna say Riddick on offense. I can see the talent there, for whatever reason, he as a total bust last year. Alot of people were calling him the "breakout" guy last year. Lets see if he can make it work with Floyd gone.

T.J. Jones
Prince Shembo - I think not dropping back as much, he will be racking up some sacks.

Offense- Davaris Daniels... I have too much faith in this man to be the next Mike Floyd for him not to completely emerge as a star this year.

Defense- Bennett Jackson... He's going to get solid playing time now.. Pretty good athlete.. Always been a big fan of him. Ready to see him take advantage of his reps.
