This kid is going to be special. You don't get a shoutout from the big guy unless it's true.

Don't care if he's just doing a drill. Until this WR group as a whole takes the next step on Saturdays I'm gettin' the waterboy reps!

I didn't see Joseph out there on long go-ahead OSU drive until they entered the red zone. Was I missing him or was something wrong? I swear that was the only reason they were moving the ball.

Joseph first impressions were good. He seems like the real deal. I thought he covered as much ground as Hamilton and was a more willing hitter than Hamilton ever was.

Looked good on D but was wondering why he called for a fair catch on all his punt returns despite having plenty of space to run. Field position & a porous OL didn’t give Buchner much to work with last night on most drives.

If he isn’t gonna run then put Styles back there

OSU only one pass pass over 20 yards, 4 attempted. Stroud paid massive respect to Joseph roaming the back end.

Joseph is a man. That hit on Njigba was like, hey fucker, I'm better than you and you are going to feel this hit for a month if it doesn't kill you.

Not sure if anyone caught it but there was a punt he let go, and Howard Cross I believe got super close to the ball and Joseph absolutely laid into him for getting that close. Loved seeing it

Joseph comes off as annoyed that guys aren’t as good as him and more fiery like him. I like that. Hamilton seemed to have about 0 leadership capacity.

Idk if annoyed is the right word but good leaders expect their teammates to match their intensity and focus, thats what I think he expects and should.

Maybe he should have returned a punt.

Raise the expectations and hold them accountable.

Last year they were without Hamilton and Kiser played S along with Watts’ first real action.

I say give Bracy a blow too his coverage skills shouldn’t be needed.

Need corners who can tackle vs Navy. Not sure if we have two really good tacklers at CB although Morrison certainly got better since Stanford. Who are our two best tacklers at CB? I'd say Lewis and Bracy but not real sure.

My guess they'll want tacklers at safety more. I imagine they'll play a version of 2 invert, which pretty much puts the corners on an island, so prolly Bracy and Morrison rolling out there first??

He should. At best, he’s a day 3 pick right now. I never really understood the idea of deciding that this is your last year of college ball before the season even starts, unless you’re out of eligibility or a guaranteed first round pick.

He'd be nice to have next year. Given how much time he missed at the end of the season I wouldn't assume playing in the Gator Bowl means he's coming back (he may want another game's worth of tape and to demonstrate he's healthy, and then declare after the game). But it's certainly not a bad sign.

Freeman definitely did NOT say Joseph was coming back next year, just that he wasn't opting out of the Bowl

Day three pick?

Good luck to him. He wasn’t Cain Madden…but he definitely didn’t perform at the expected caliber this year.
