No, not a scene. Just a shot of my avatar getting some Lacey.

Two questions I always have about Bill Murray is:
a) is he an ND fan (being from Chicago, being Catholic and being a sports nut)?
b) did he and Lacey U hook up at all?

Nope, I don't think Murray is a fan of ND, but he's all over the place. He's always been a big fan of the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls, but his college teams are not static. He was for a while, a fan of Illinois IIRC (back in the days I was in college). Then he started cheering for Xavier when his son started coaching for them. Then his son moved to Louisville so I'm sure he's cheering for them now. He's even a Clemson football fan and did a speaking engagement there. I think he might cheer part time for NW too, but I could be wrong.

Not sure If Bill ever bagged Cindy Morgan. She was married to Townes Van Zandt at the time of the film, but that as you know doesn't always mean much.

That's just a whole bunch of tape.

Big fella is making sure the ankle is ready for his college debut and a game in front of his family.

He's gonna have 4 sacks in the second half and show out for his people.

Seems fairly common for DL to be overly cautious through camp and practice. For example, don't almost all DL wear knee braces through camp and for practices to reduce wear and tear, help with support, etc. Then don't wear them during games. It's usually more precautionary than reactionary.

Looking forward to posting in here this fall. 22 months is too long of a gap in updates. But injuries happen and they suck.

The reason I'm posting in here today is to share this tweet, didn't see a proper thread in the Lepper's Lounge..

It covers Happy Father's Day and the power of strong families, Happy Juneteenth on it's first federally recognized weekend and to me, just how awesome this country is today that opportunity is available to anyone who reaches for it.

Thanks for sharing. David & I work for the same company. We haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet but share mutual friendships. He was really good on the Pod of Gold podcast w/ Eric & Tyler talking about his COVID-19 experience.

I love seeing stuff like that. I’m also very excited to see Jacob play a full Junior season healthy.

Surprised to not see him on the two deep. Anybody know what’s going on here?

Post shoulder injury he dropped a lot of weight and they moved him to 3T. Which sounds like it could be really good for him but he's behind Jayson A. and Rylie Mills, who might be the best DL on the team.. At 1T he was behind Hinish and Cross so same story there as well. Just a tough depth chart to crack at the moment. And, for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, Mills already looked dang good last season. He could be really good. Hopefully Lacey gets plenty of game time this season.

Comes in at 21st in II’s Counting Down the Irish series.

I’m a huge fan of Jacob and I think he’s going to remind us why he was such a huge get when we beat Clemson for his commitment.

Also interesting that he was one of the DTs that seemed built to carry more weight, coming in around 300, and has actually lost significant weight. I like the the training staff has worked around his body, rather than their need for beef.

Very happy for the young man. In July, I felt like this was his time and he's proving it. Hopefully he continues to get more snaps than he did in the first two games.
