All I can say is there better 2 St. Brown's, 2 McIntosh's and a Mustipher on the '19 roster.

Hopefully if Deon gets involved in our offense early we can have a good shot of landing this guy

LSU leads, Bama, Miami, and ND the rest of the top group.

He said he would like to play with his brother (Deon) because they've never been on the same team.

His other brother is a sophomore at Miami

He is a 2019 recruit. I don't think it's strange @ all that he doesn't have an offer. Is there something I'm missing?

Is there any school on that list where football players are required to be students? This kid has 5 semesters of HS left to graduate. Is he on track with his academic core courses? I understand you don't care about academic requirements but the ND Administration AND Admissions still do. I DON'T KNOW THAT THERE IS ANY ACADEMIC ISSUES nor if there are athletic issues. The coaching staff is in transition and this kid won't be in college until half way through Trump's first term.

When Holtz was head coach there were kids that weren't offered until January of their senior season. ND Admissions has gotten more flexible but the kid is still 5 semesters out. With a brother at ND, Deon and family should be well aware familiar with the ND recruiting process.

ND has offered 9 other players from the Class of 2019, some before they started thier sophomore years. Do any of them really qualify?

What's wrong with offering a kid and letting him earn his way in academically? If he doesn't make the cut in 2 years, he just quietly trends to another school.

On the other hand, why does ND offer someone like Jamire Calvin late in the process when he hasn't yet qualified and has very little time to do so? That seems a tougher road to travel than the kid who has 2.5 years left to qualify, no?

I care very much about academics. If you knew my academic history you'd understand but offering early should have little to do with academics. Any school's offer is dependent on acceptance by admissions later in the process. ND isn't unique in that regard, it just has more boxes to check.

After looking at his offers andfilm and family ties, let's offer him! I'm really curious to see his brother hopefully in the Spring game.
