The offer list says he can, and that he'll get the grades, too.

He's got the skillset (pass rusher) and the academic profile that the staff wants.

I'm with you that we should just offer and take Vann, but it's clear that the staff doesn't view him as a pass-rusher, and they have other non-rush DE's higher now. Idk.

His CB is 100% to Stanford right now, and he seems to be taking visits all over the place, so despite his location (SEC country), accolades ('17 Army Combine Defensive MVP) and versatility (DE/DT depending on how big he gets), ND will have opportunities to become a real player.

EDIT: Having said that, Penn State just recently offered, but is listed as his top interest on 247 already. Looks like he's a Penn State guy at the moment.

I don't think Vann is legit 6-3 nor does he have the body type to put on enough weight for SDE.
