Looks like D Allen broke something last game and his season's over. Dude looks bigger everyday.

So...he's definintely not a Corner right? Is he a S or LB?

NDC, if you had to put money on his college position what would you choose?

Not NDC, but I'll drop my opinion.

He plays safety in college. He's got really solid cover skills for a bigger athlete. He would be wasted at LB in my opinion and he's not quite athletic enough to play CB.

Elijah Shumate with better cover skills.

I hope he ends up at SS. They've got JOK, JGH and Simon to cover the the Rover and possibly Buck positions.

The thing is, he'd probably be the best FS in the ND funnel unless Brian Williams comes to SB. Bottom line, 215 SS's that grew up top rated corners don't come out of many tunnels on Saturday OR Sunday. He's a very unique player. Maybe like a Su'a Cravens hybrid who leans more to the CB skill set than to Cravens LB package.

We try to put everyone in a neat little box like the 5-10/170 CB you know will stick at CB. But ND has a lot of guys who could go different routes based on genetics, their current skill sets and how the Rover position bridges the gap between Safety and LB in Elko's system. Hopefully this staff sticks together through Phil's term as President of Michiana. Pretty sure they're on to something.

Definitely playing safety. Game plan has already been set up by staff and Balis. Conditioning plan is to add strength while keeping in the 215-220 area. Not looking to add weight to his frame just get stronger and distribute weight in his body a little better.

This kid will start next year for ND I'm sure if he wanted to go to Georgia he would have commuted to them
